Si existe alguna diferencia de retribuci\u00f3n para una funci\u00f3n igual o similar, puede estar relacionada con el nivel de experiencia de un compa\u00f1ero. Esto incluye <strong>regular<\/strong> <strong>auditor\u00edas salariales anuales<\/strong>, y objetivos para <strong>eliminar las diferencias salariales detectadas<\/strong> lo antes posible. Para los 25% restantes estamos recopilando los datos (lo que no siempre es f\u00e1cil, sobre todo en pa\u00edses con hiperinflaci\u00f3n). Pero<strong>\u00a0Conf\u00edo en que no estemos tan lejos de cerrar pronto la brecha.\u00a0<\/strong>PUMA compara sus esfuerzos en materia de igualdad salarial con las normas y mejores pr\u00e1cticas del sector, con el apoyo de la FPI. Desde que me incorpor\u00e9 a PUMA hace 10 a\u00f1os, no he dejado de experimentar este compromiso.\u00a0<strong>En 2022, empezamos a buscar certificaciones externas<\/strong>\u00a0para validar nuestros esfuerzos, empezando en Alemania con un an\u00e1lisis de nuestras estructuras internas de retribuci\u00f3n. Los resultados confirmaron que nuestra retribuci\u00f3n ya era neutra desde el punto de vista del g\u00e9nero, por lo que no fue necesario adoptar medidas correctoras, sino \u00fanicamente seguir reforzando los principios existentes. El resultado fue el siguiente,\u00a0<strong>Alemania se convierte en la primera filial de PUMA certificada por la FPI<\/strong>.<br><br>Desde entonces, m\u00e1s filiales de PUMA han superado con \u00e9xito evaluaciones externas oficiales que confirman la ausencia de diferencias salariales entre hombres y mujeres. Se trata de un\u00a0<strong>proceso en curso<\/strong>, y reconocemos que hay\u00a0<strong>siempre se puede mejorar<\/strong>. Aunque la sociedad todav\u00eda tiende a etiquetar ciertos papeles como m\u00e1s adecuados para un g\u00e9nero, esto nunca ha frenado a quienes realmente creen en s\u00ed mismos. Un ejemplo bien conocido es Marie Sk\u0142odowska Curie, la primera persona en ganar dos Premios Nobel en distintos campos cient\u00edficos. En su \u00e9poca, la idea de una \u2018mujer en la ciencia\u2019 era inusual para la mayor\u00eda de la sociedad.<br>Para m\u00ed, la igualdad salarial tiene dos elementos clave: 1) el trabajo en s\u00ed y sus requisitos -el \u2018qu\u00e9\u2019- y 2) el impacto y la diferencia positiva que aporto a la organizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de este trabajo -el \u2018c\u00f3mo\u2019-. Enhorabuena. \u00bfPuedes contarnos algo sobre el proceso que hay detr\u00e1s?<\/span>Alicia: Debido a\u00a0<strong>normativa local<\/strong>\u00a0en EE.UU. y Canad\u00e1, PUMA North America ha estado llevando a cabo\u00a0<strong>auditor\u00edas salariales desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.  Los datos salariales se analizan como m\u00ednimo una vez al a\u00f1o. En funci\u00f3n de los resultados, las desviaciones se resuelven la mayor\u00eda de las veces de acuerdo con el ciclo de gesti\u00f3n del talento. En 2023, se present\u00f3 a la comunidad global de P&amp;O un\u00a0<strong>herramienta anal\u00edtica para modelizar los datos salariales<\/strong>\u00a0para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre la igualdad salarial en PUMA, garantizando la alineaci\u00f3n y el entendimiento com\u00fan en todo el mundo. El cumplimiento local, junto con una visi\u00f3n global de la igualdad salarial, nos permiti\u00f3 estar bien preparados para presentar con confianza nuestros datos al FPI. Norteam\u00e9rica ha sido <strong>centrarse estrat\u00e9gicamente en la transparencia salarial<\/strong> con el objetivo de llevar m\u00e1s <strong>sensibilizaci\u00f3n de los empleados<\/strong> sobre las estructuras y pr\u00e1cticas vigentes que garantizan una retribuci\u00f3n justa y equitativa. El reconocimiento de la FPI ayud\u00f3 a reconocer nuestro duro trabajo y dedicaci\u00f3n a la Igualdad Salarial como empresa.
