El <strong>fermentaci\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica<\/strong> Es un tipo de fermentaci\u00f3n que se produce en ausencia de ox\u00edgeno y que se utiliza para la elaboraci\u00f3n de muchos vinos. La fermentaci\u00f3n aer\u00f3bica con ox\u00edgeno se utiliza normalmente para hacer pan de masa madre. Para una fermentaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea no se necesitan cultivos espec\u00edficos. Lo que se utiliza son los organismos ya presentes en el aire o en la propia materia org\u00e1nica, como cuando se trabaja con levaduras naturales o se elabora chucrut. <strong>Fermentaci\u00f3n cultivada<\/strong> funciona con cultivos muy espec\u00edficos, es decir, composiciones bacterianas precultivadas, que solo se pueden utilizar para producir un fermento espec\u00edfico, como la kombucha o el k\u00e9fir (\u00a1m\u00e1s adelante aprender\u00e1s sobre estas dos bebidas!).<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Beneficios de la fermentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>La fermentaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 como un m\u00e9todo de conservaci\u00f3n en la prehistoria, pero este tipo de preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos tiene otras ventajas. Los alimentos fermentados son <strong>alto contenido en antioxidantes<\/strong>, lo que ayuda a desintoxicar tu cuerpo. Al consumirlos, todas las toxinas se eliminan de tu cuerpo a trav\u00e9s de la piel. Adem\u00e1s, los productos fermentados son ricos en diferentes vitaminas y minerales, como vitamina B1, B2, B3, C y K, biotina y f\u00f3sforo. Adem\u00e1s, mejorar\u00e1s tu digesti\u00f3n y, como consecuencia, tendr\u00e1s una mente m\u00e1s clara y m\u00e1s energ\u00eda.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Probi\u00f3ticos<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Los probi\u00f3ticos son los superh\u00e9roes de las bacterias. Se puede comprar <strong>la limonada carbonatada a base de t\u00e9 fermentado<\/strong> de diferentes marcas en tiendas de alimentos org\u00e1nicos, supermercados y cafeter\u00edas o, mejor a\u00fan, \u00a1prep\u00e1ralo t\u00fa mismo! Para aquellos que a\u00fan no conocen esta bebida: la kombucha se elabora a partir de t\u00e9 azucarado (normalmente negro) que se fermenta durante 7 a 14 d\u00edas mediante un cultivo espec\u00edfico llamado SCOBY de kombucha. El k\u00e9fir del que quiz\u00e1 hayas o\u00eddo hablar es el k\u00e9fir de leche, un producto l\u00e1cteo fermentado originario del C\u00e1ucaso. En esta regi\u00f3n se le considera una bebida que prolonga la vida. El <strong>\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, biotina, f\u00f3sforo y vitamina K<\/strong> Los granos de k\u00e9fir de leche son muy beneficiosos para la salud y, adem\u00e1s, la bebida tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias. Los granos de k\u00e9fir de leche crecen en peque\u00f1as formas que se asemejan a una coliflor y son grumosos y blancos. El k\u00e9fir de leche se elabora mezclando estos granos con leche y dejando reposar la mezcla a temperatura ambiente durante 1 o 2 d\u00edas.<br\/>\n<br\/>El k\u00e9fir de agua puede ser ligero y efervescente o intenso y con sabor a levadura, y en ocasiones incluso puede contener una cantidad muy peque\u00f1a de alcohol. Su sabor var\u00eda entre dulce y \u00e1cido, dependiendo de la preparaci\u00f3n. Los SCOBY de k\u00e9fir de agua tienen el aspecto de peque\u00f1os cristales y pueden vivir en zumos de frutas, agua azucarada, leche vegetal o agua de coco, lo que los hace perfectos para tus experimentos con k\u00e9fir.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Hazlo t\u00fa mismo<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Sin necesidad de comprar ning\u00fan equipo, \u00a1hoy mismo puedes empezar a hacer una fermentaci\u00f3n natural f\u00e1cil en casa! Todo lo que necesitas es un tarro de conserva, las verduras que prefieras, sal y tus manos. Empieza limpiando el tarro con agua hirviendo para eliminar las bacterias no deseadas que pueda haber en su interior. A continuaci\u00f3n, corta las verduras (prueba con esp\u00e1rragos, chucrut o pepinos) y ponlas dentro del tarro. Mezcla las verduras con sal y d\u00e9jalas reposar durante aproximadamente una hora. Por \u00faltimo, llena el tarro con agua y aseg\u00farate de que todas las verduras queden sumergidas. Si es necesario, coloca un peso, como un vaso m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o o una piedra limpia, encima de las verduras para que permanezcan sumergidas.
