Los peque\u00f1os pasos conducen a grandes cambios<\/strong><br><strong>El progreso es acumulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Hacer algo - cualquier cosa - de forma constante crea h\u00e1bitos con el tiempo.<strong> Si haces ejercicio durante 20 minutos tres veces por semana, suman m\u00e1s de 50 horas de ejercicio al a\u00f1o.<\/strong> Un entrenamiento perdido aqu\u00ed o all\u00e1 no descarrilar\u00e1 su progreso, pero saltarse semanas seguidas s\u00ed lo har\u00e1. <strong>El objetivo es seguir avanzando, aunque s\u00f3lo sea un peque\u00f1o paso.<\/strong><br><br><br><strong>2. Resiliencia mental<\/strong><br><strong>La constancia tambi\u00e9n refuerza la fortaleza mental<\/strong>. Cuando te comprometes a dar la cara, incluso cuando no te apetece, te entrenas para superar los retos.<strong> Esta capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo afecta a la forma f\u00edsica, sino tambi\u00e9n a la manera de afrontar la vida.<\/strong> Con el tiempo, desarrollar\u00e1s una mentalidad que abraza el esfuerzo y la perseverancia, en lugar de una que se descarrila por un peque\u00f1o contratiempo.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Abandonar la perfecci\u00f3n<\/span><br><br><strong>La verdad es que siempre habr\u00e1 d\u00edas en los que est\u00e9s demasiado cansado para entrenar o en los que la vida te lance una bola curva. Pero eso no significa que tengas que rendirte.<\/strong> La constancia consiste en encontrar un equilibrio, hacer lo que se puede y mantener el rumbo incluso cuando la vida (inevitablemente) se interpone en el camino.
