Con el fin de certificar la igualdad en su pol\u00edtica de remuneraci\u00f3n, PUMA Italia evalu\u00f3 los salarios de cada funci\u00f3n de forma neutral desde el punto de vista del g\u00e9nero, centr\u00e1ndose exclusivamente en las caracter\u00edsticas del trabajo a realizar y no en las caracter\u00edsticas individuales del empleado. En PUMA, estamos orgullosos de anunciar que hemos cerrado la brecha salarial ajustada entre mujeres y hombres entre nuestros empleados en Alemania. In order to certify equality in its remuneration policy, PUMA Italy assessed the salaries for each role in a gender-neutral manner, focusing exclusively on the characteristics of the job to be performed rather than the individual characteristics of the employee.
