Sazona con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla el aceite de oliva, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la mostaza y el eneldo picado. Vierte la mezcla sobre el at\u00fan.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora prepara los esp\u00e1rragos. Corta los extremos le\u00f1osos y corta los tallos en trozos iguales.
