T\u00e9rminos como <strong>\u201cnativo digital\u201d<\/strong>, es una etiqueta que se utiliza para aquellos que crecieron durante la transici\u00f3n digital. Y para muchos, el mundo digital en el que vivimos ahora parece algo natural. Pero tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta los riesgos potenciales de una sociedad cada vez m\u00e1s digitalizada.<br\/>\n<br\/>En 2016, el Centro de Discapacidad e Integraci\u00f3n de la Universidad de St. Gallen realiz\u00f3 un estudio que explora los efectos de la digitalizaci\u00f3n en los profesionales. Seg\u00fan el estudio, la continua digitalizaci\u00f3n del mundo laboral est\u00e1 <strong>acompa\u00f1ado de una serie de retos<\/strong>, Entre ellos, problemas para conciliar el sue\u00f1o, dolores de cabeza y agotamiento emocional. \u201cEl estudio tambi\u00e9n muestra que el riesgo de un posible agotamiento se ampl\u00eda con el uso cada vez mayor de dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos -como tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes u ordenadores port\u00e1tiles- fuera del trabajo\u201d, explica el Prof. Dr. Stephan Alexander B\u00f6hm, uno de los principales autores del estudio.<br\/>\n<br\/>No es de extra\u00f1ar que cada vez haya m\u00e1s gente que se cuestione la necesidad de estar siempre conectada. Quienes buscan descansar de sus dispositivos t\u00e9cnicos entran en <strong>\u201cdesintoxicaci\u00f3n digital\u201c<\/strong>desintoxicaci\u00f3n digital: una tendencia en la que se deja de revisar constantemente el tel\u00e9fono y la bandeja de entrada. En una sociedad que parece moverse a un ritmo tan r\u00e1pido, la desintoxicaci\u00f3n digital est\u00e1 ganando cada vez m\u00e1s adeptos. La filosof\u00eda de la desintoxicaci\u00f3n digital no consiste en prescindir por completo de los dispositivos digitales. <strong>reflejar conscientemente su \u201ccomportamiento digital\u201d<\/strong> y aprende a escuchar tu cuerpo y tus necesidades.<br\/>\n<br\/>Ir\u00f3nicamente, una aplicaci\u00f3n ofrece ayuda: \u201cManchas blancas\u201d promete una <strong>\u201cviaje a los confines de internet\u201d<\/strong>. Puede navegar por el mapamundi de los \u201cWhite Spots\u201d en un entorno de 360 grados para explorar lugares fuera de la red o \u201cviajar del mundo online al offline en Realidad Virtual\u201d. Los \"White Spots\" son lugares donde no hay tel\u00e9fono ni conexi\u00f3n a Internet. El proyecto multimedia colaborativo del dise\u00f1ador de informaci\u00f3n Richard Vijgen, la documentalista Bregtje van der Haak y la artista visual Jacqueline Hassink muestra las fronteras del mundo conectado. <strong>Por ejemplo, de Berl\u00edn\/Alemania al siguiente punto blanco hay 168 kil\u00f3metros.<\/strong>\u201cWhite Spots\u201d tambi\u00e9n ofrece historias intrigantes sobre personas de todo el mundo que viven sin conectividad. Estos trucos cotidianos de <strong>\u201cterapeuta digital\u201d Anitra Eggler<\/strong> puede ser la respuesta. In a society that seems to move at such a rapid pace, digital detox is gaining more and more momentum. White Spots are places where you have no phone or internet connection.
