As\u00ed que no es de extra\u00f1ar que algunas de las asociaciones m\u00e1s comunes que tenemos con esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o giren en torno a los prop\u00f3sitos con R may\u00fascula. Comer mejor, hacer m\u00e1s ejercicio, empezar a meditar, aprender un nuevo idioma... Por muy bienintencionada que sea, esta tendencia a intentar cambiar radicalmente nuestras vidas el 1 de enero a menudo nos aboca al fracaso.<\/span><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b firstLetter\" ><strong>Hay muchas razones por las que tus prop\u00f3sitos no se cumplen y empiezan a desvanecerse al cabo de pocas semanas<\/strong> han pasado. Podr\u00eda tratarse de una tendencia a dar demasiada importancia a los factores externos y a conceder importancia a los cambios superficiales (como el aspecto f\u00edsico) en contraposici\u00f3n a un bienestar m\u00e1s profundo. O que <strong>el enfoque a corto plazo y las expectativas poco realistas dificultan la sostenibilidad de los esfuerzos<\/strong> cuando no hay resultados inmediatos.  Tambi\u00e9n hay que a\u00f1adir la presi\u00f3n social que se teje en torno al concepto de una <i>Prop\u00f3sitos de A\u00f1o Nuevo<\/i> que pueden fomentar y alimentar historias de inadecuaci\u00f3n.<br><br>Eso no quiere decir que ponerse metas y hacer cambios en tu vida sea algo malo \u2500. <b><i>\u00a1todo lo contrario!<\/i><\/b> <strong>Prep\u00e1rate para el \u00e9xito modificando la intenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la forma de tus prop\u00f3sitos y empieza a abordarlos desde un lugar de mayor compasi\u00f3n y autoaceptaci\u00f3n.<br><br>Para ayudarle en el camino, hemos recopilado <strong>una breve gu\u00eda para fijar objetivos m\u00e1s realistas, gestionar las expectativas y, con un poco de suerte, realizar cambios positivos sostenibles<\/strong>.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Prep\u00e1rese para el \u00e9xito<\/h2><\/span><b>El amor propio como punto de partida:<\/b><br>Es importante empezar por aqu\u00ed porque, por muy cursi que suene, intentar forzarse a uno mismo a cambiar a partir de una creencia de \u2018hay algo malo en m\u00ed\u2019 es, a nivel pr\u00e1ctico, dif\u00edcil de sostener y, a nivel emocional, causa m\u00e1s da\u00f1o que bien. Por parad\u00f3jico que pueda parecer, al <strong>partiendo de la base de aceptarte tal como eres, al tiempo que adoptas cambios saludables que pueden aumentar tu sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar y plenitud,<\/strong> obtendr\u00e1 resultados radicalmente mejores y una experiencia m\u00e1s tranquila durante todo el proceso.<br><br><br><b>La motivaci\u00f3n importa:<\/b><br><strong>La motivaci\u00f3n es clave a la hora de implantar un cambio duradero,<\/strong> y es muy importante (si no vital) que aproveches esa motivaci\u00f3n desde dentro. Si emprendes una modificaci\u00f3n de tu estilo de vida porque quieres gustar a los dem\u00e1s o buscas una validaci\u00f3n externa a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n de un nuevo h\u00e1bito, es poco probable que persistas m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las inevitables mesetas y dificultades del camino. <strong>Profundiza y preg\u00fantate por qu\u00e9 quieres cambiar las cosas<\/strong> y lo que te impulsa, y avanzar a partir de ah\u00ed.<br><br><br><b>Fijaci\u00f3n de objetivos realistas:<\/b><br>Una vez localizada tu motivaci\u00f3n, intenta establecer objetivos realistas y alcanzables. Es estupendo ser ambicioso, pero adoptar metas inalcanzables puede conducir a la frustraci\u00f3n y la decepci\u00f3n. <strong>Divida sus grandes objetivos en pasos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y manejables.<\/strong> Una pauta \u00fatil para centrar mejor sus esfuerzos es utilizar el m\u00e9todo de preguntarse si es una <b>S.M.A.R.T<\/b> objetivo (<b>S<\/b>espec\u00edfico, <b>M<\/b>easurable, <b>A<\/b>cre\u00edble, <b>R<\/b>ealista y <b>T<\/b>impo).<br><br><br><b>Conc\u00e9ntrese en el proceso, no s\u00f3lo en el resultado:<\/b><br><strong>En lugar de centrarse \u00fanicamente en el resultado final, intente apreciar el camino recorrido.<\/strong> Por ejemplo, si tu objetivo es estar m\u00e1s en forma dentro de tu cuerpo, intenta centrarte en c\u00f3mo te sientes internamente al incorporar m\u00e1s movimiento a tu vida. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son algunas de las sensaciones satisfactorias que obtienes al fortalecer tu cuerpo?<br><br><br><b>Dejar de lado el perfeccionismo de las resoluciones:\u00a0<\/b><br>Sean cuales sean tus prop\u00f3sitos y objetivos, si los afrontas desde una mentalidad perfeccionista (por ejemplo, \u2019a partir de ahora har\u00e9 una hora de ejercicio al d\u00eda\u2019), cualquier cosa que no llegue a 100% te estresar\u00e1 y te har\u00e1 sentir fatal. <strong>Date un poco de gracia a la hora de hacer cambios y deja de lado la necesidad de hacerlo perfecto.<\/strong><br><br><br><b>Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad:<\/b><br>Conectado con lo anterior, es importante darse un poco de margen de maniobra en su protocolo de resoluci\u00f3n. La vida es impredecible y las circunstancias pueden cambiar. <strong>Estar abierto a adaptar sus objetivos en funci\u00f3n de las situaciones que se le presenten.<\/strong> y ten compasi\u00f3n contigo mismo: no pasa nada por modificar tus prop\u00f3sitos si es necesario.<br><br><br><b>La paciencia es la clave:<\/b><br>El cambio requiere tiempo.
