El reto ofrece una plataforma para que los directores creativos muestren sus enfoques sostenibles del dise\u00f1o, desde la concepci\u00f3n hasta el producto final. Este a\u00f1o, PUMA -representada por nuestro Director Creativo Global, Heiko Desens, y la dise\u00f1adora afincada en Nueva York Nicole McLaughlin- ha aceptado el reto. Nos sentamos con Heiko para hablar del GFA Designer Challenge y arrojar algo de luz sobre el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n \u201cSweep the Factory Floor\u201d.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>Heiko, \u00bfpuedes explicarnos en qu\u00e9 consist\u00eda el Designer Challenge?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Heiko:<\/strong> El Designer Challenge, organizado por la Global Fashion Alliance, sigue el trabajo de los directores creativos en su camino hacia un dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s sostenible. Cuando la GFA se puso en contacto con nosotros, nos dimos cuenta de que era la ocasi\u00f3n perfecta para compartir nuestra investigaci\u00f3n en curso sobre c\u00f3mo aprovechar nuestros residuos de producci\u00f3n. Fue estupendo compartir \u2018Barrer el suelo de la f\u00e1brica\u2019 con la comunidad de la moda en general como parte del Desaf\u00edo de Dise\u00f1adores de la GFA durante la Cumbre Mundial de la Moda de Copenhague.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo empez\u00f3 el proyecto? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la historia de fondo?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Heiko:<\/strong> Como dise\u00f1adores, hemos sido testigos de la cantidad de residuos que se generan a lo largo del proceso de producci\u00f3n dentro de la cadena de suministro de la industria de la moda. Estamos decididos a encontrar soluciones creativas para abordar este problema. El equipo de dise\u00f1o e innovaci\u00f3n de PUMA ha estado explorando diferentes ideas de upcycling que utilizan recortes de material de la cadena de suministro para transformar los residuos de producci\u00f3n en calzado \u00fanico e individualizado.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o he observado cierto cansancio en la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones innovadoras de dise\u00f1o sostenible. Vi que la motivaci\u00f3n para trabajar en ideas m\u00e1s sostenibles, que una vez impuls\u00f3 la industria, ha disminuido un poco. Pero de cara al futuro, creo que debemos aumentar y seguir buscando enfoques innovadores para que la industria de la moda sea m\u00e1s sostenible.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el nombre \u201cBarrer el suelo de la f\u00e1brica\u201d?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Heiko:<\/strong> El nombre \u201cBarrer el suelo de la f\u00e1brica\u201d capta la esencia de nuestro proyecto, cuyo objetivo es limpiar los suelos de las f\u00e1bricas de residuos textiles. Simboliza nuestra dedicaci\u00f3n a crear un futuro m\u00e1s sostenible y pone de relieve c\u00f3mo incluso los restos de tela m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os contribuyen a una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia y hol\u00edstica de la sostenibilidad. Significa que las ideas sostenibles no siempre tienen que ser del tama\u00f1o de una superproducci\u00f3n, sino que cada peque\u00f1o paso cuenta. Es crucial que transmitamos la historia que hay detr\u00e1s, en lugar de limitarnos a lanzarlo al mercado. As\u00ed, tenemos la intenci\u00f3n de compartir la narrativa con socios clave el a\u00f1o que viene, con el objetivo de lanzar una colecci\u00f3n limitada en oto\u00f1o-invierno de 2024.<br\/>\n<br\/>\n<br\/><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/>Animo encarecidamente a los dise\u00f1adores a que aprovechen su creatividad inherente y exploren m\u00e1s las ideas sostenibles. When we were approached by the GFA, we recognized the perfect occasion to share our ongoing research on how to make use of our production waste. We are determined to find creative solutions to address this issue.
