El aceite se obtiene, sencillamente, prensando aceitunas en fr\u00edo. El aceite de oliva virgen extra contiene principalmente (m\u00e1s del 70% por ciento) grasas monoinsaturadas y su lista de beneficios para la salud es larga e impresionante: tiene un alto contenido en antioxidantes, puede ayudar a reducir el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer y diabetes de tipo 2, favorece la salud del coraz\u00f3n y estimula el metabolismo, as\u00ed como la digesti\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, el aceite de oliva es resistente al calor, lo que lo hace perfecto para cocinar. En primer lugar, a diferencia del aceite de oliva y otros aceites vegetales, el aceite de coco es s\u00f3lido a temperatura ambiente. Aunque la estructura qu\u00edmica del aceite de coco muestra niveles muy altos de grasas saturadas a menudo consideradas \u201cmalas\u201d (alrededor de 90%), no es autom\u00e1ticamente perjudicial. Contiene sobre todo \u00e1cidos grasos de cadena media que nuestro cuerpo convierte en energ\u00eda. El calor puede destruir los beneficios saludables del aceite, especialmente de los que contienen grasas insaturadas. Se obtiene de la rica y mantecosa pulpa del aguacate. Como gran fuente de vitamina E, ayuda a equilibrar el colesterol y favorece una vista sana, entre otros beneficios. El aceite de aguacate tambi\u00e9n contiene altos niveles de clorofila -de ah\u00ed su color verde brillante- que favorece el proceso de desintoxicaci\u00f3n del organismo.
