Con motivo del Mes Internacional de la Mujer, hemos charlado con ella. Descubra c\u00f3mo era trabajar para Rudolf Dassler y c\u00f3mo cambi\u00f3 la empresa con el paso del tiempo.<\/span><br><br><br>Sin las mujeres, no habr\u00eda existido PUMA. Cuando Rudolf Dassler fund\u00f3 PUMA en 1948, se llev\u00f3 consigo a 14 empleados de la antigua f\u00e1brica de los hermanos Dassler. Ocho de ellos eran mujeres.<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger empez\u00f3 a trabajar en la empresa a los 14 a\u00f1os, nada m\u00e1s salir de la escuela, y permaneci\u00f3 en ella hasta su jubilaci\u00f3n. Un jefe muy agradable y encantador. Siempre con los pies en la tierra. No le importaba ensuciarse las manos. Toda su familia era incre\u00edble.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido su carrera en PUMA?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Trabaj\u00e9 en PUMA de 1956 a 1993. Empec\u00e9 mi aprendizaje de tres a\u00f1os como trabajadora en una f\u00e1brica de calzado cuando ten\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os. En aquella \u00e9poca, los aprendices ten\u00edamos que aprenderlo todo. Ten\u00edamos que trabajar en todos los departamentos e incluso ayud\u00e1bamos a limpiar la sala de costura. \u00a0<br><br>Cuando me qued\u00e9 embarazada, dej\u00e9 de trabajar para cuidar de mis hijos. Pero cuando se hicieron mayores, volv\u00ed a trabajar desde casa. Los materiales que necesitaba para coser me los tra\u00edan en bolsas de pl\u00e1stico. Me encantaba mi trabajo y me divert\u00eda mucho.\u00a0<br><br><br><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor de su trabajo en PUMA?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Lo mejor fue el esp\u00edritu de equipo y la cohesi\u00f3n. Ten\u00edamos unas condiciones de trabajo incre\u00edbles y unas fiestas muy agradables.\u00a0<br><br><br><strong>\u00bfTodav\u00eda trabaja alguien de su familia en PUMA?<\/strong><br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Mi marido tambi\u00e9n trabajaba en PUMA, pero no nos conocimos all\u00ed, sino que \u00e9ramos vecinos. Ahora mi hijo, Thomas Kr\u00fcger, trabaja aqu\u00ed. Tambi\u00e9n hizo pr\u00e1cticas en PUMA. Por ejemplo, mis hijos eran grandes seguidores del Borussia M\u00f6nchengladbach. As\u00ed que siempre recib\u00edan camisetas gratis.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Cada ma\u00f1ana, nuestros jefes, Rudolf y Armin, se paseaban por la empresa para desearnos a todos un buen d\u00eda. Siempre nos apoyaban. Pasara lo que pasara, pod\u00edamos hablar con ellos de todo. Era una empresa familiar muy agradable.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo era la proporci\u00f3n entre hombres y mujeres? \u00bfC\u00f3mo fue en t\u00e9rminos de igualdad de g\u00e9nero?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Hombres y mujeres trabajaban juntos, mano a mano, en pie de igualdad. No se reprim\u00eda a las mujeres. Era todo lo contrario: los hombres siempre nos ayudaban, lo hac\u00edan todo por nosotras. Por tanto, el ambiente de trabajo era muy bueno. Form\u00e1bamos un gran equipo.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l era la relaci\u00f3n entre los empleados de PUMA y adidas en la ciudad?<\/b>\u00a0<br><br>Rosemarie Kr\u00fcger: Toda mi familia era del equipo PUMA. Mi marido era muy estricto al respecto: nadie pod\u00eda llevar adidas en casa. Aunque parezca una locura, todav\u00eda hoy lo primero que hago cuando conozco a alguien es fijarme en sus zapatillas.<br><br>Sin embargo, ten\u00eda algunos amigos que trabajaban en la empresa deportiva vecina. En el pasado celebramos muy buenas fiestas. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags. They were always supportive. No matter what, we could talk to them about everything. When Rudolf Dassler started PUMA in 1948, he took 14 employees from the old Dassler Brothers factory with him. Eight of the employees were women.\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Starting straight after school at the age of 14, Rosemarie Kr\\u0026uuml;ger stayed at the company up until her retirement. I started my three-year apprenticeship as a shoe factory worker when I was 14 years old. Back then, we apprentices had to learn everything. We had to work in every department and even helped clean the sewing room. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;After I got pregnant, I took some time off from work so I could care for my children. However, when they were old enough, I began to work again \\u0026ndash; from home. The materials I needed for sewing were brought to me in plastic bags.
