Tambi\u00e9n puedes cortarlas en rodajas finas, ambas variantes funcionan.<\/li>\n<li>Retira los tallos de la col rizada y p\u00edcala finamente. Cuanto m\u00e1s fina la pique, mejor.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer el ali\u00f1o y empezar mezclando el zumo de lim\u00f3n con la mostaza y el ajo, a\u00f1adir sal y pimienta al gusto. Batir en aceite de oliva, listo.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar la remolacha, la col rizada, las rodajas de manzana y las almendras picadas en un bol. Rociar con el ali\u00f1o y mezclar bien. A\u00f1ada m\u00e1s aceite de oliva y sal si es necesario.
