Adem\u00e1s, las lentejas rojas son f\u00e1ciles de preparar, lo que siempre es una ventaja.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumnsWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>LO QUE NECESITA (PARA 4 PERSONAS):<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br\/>\n<br\/>1 cebolla grande, picada<br\/>\n<br\/>3 dientes de ajo picados<br\/>\n<br\/>Un trozo de jengibre fresco de unos 4 cm, picado.<br\/>\n<br\/>1 cucharada colmada de pasta de curry amarillo (por ejemplo, con chile, ajo, limoncillo, c\u00farcuma, comino y canela)<br\/>\n<br\/>Sal y pimienta negra al gusto<br\/>\n<br\/>4 zanahorias medianas, cortadas en rodajas finas<br\/>\n<br\/>200 gramos de lentejas rojas<br\/>\n<br\/>600 ml de caldo de verduras o pollo<br\/>\n<br\/>250 ml de leche de coco<br\/>\n<br\/>Un manojo de cilantro picado y zumo de lim\u00f3n.<br\/>\n<br\/>Opcional: un par de cucharadas de yogur natural.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><br\/><strong>C\u00d3MO PREPARARSE:<\/strong><br\/>\n<ol>\n<li>Calienta el aceite en una olla grande a fuego medio-alto. A\u00f1ade primero las cebollas y remueve hasta que se ablanden, durante unos 3 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade el ajo, el jengibre y la pasta de curry y cocina durante otros 2 minutos hasta que desprendan aroma. A\u00f1ade sal al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade las zanahorias, las lentejas y el caldo. Deja que hierva a fuego lento y contin\u00faa cocinando a fuego medio-bajo durante unos 20 minutos hasta que las lentejas y las zanahorias est\u00e9n tiernas. A\u00f1ade la leche de coco y cocina durante un par de minutos m\u00e1s. A\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sal y pimienta negra al gusto.
