Empieza por el sue\u00f1o.<\/span>\n<br\/>Dedicar tiempo a dormir bien es la base para una vida m\u00e1s feliz. <strong>Dormir m\u00e1s de 7 horas de sue\u00f1o de calidad es muy importante para mejorar la salud mental.<\/strong> y ha sido calificado como lo m\u00e1s eficaz que podemos hacer para restablecer el cerebro y el cuerpo cada d\u00eda. Incluso una sola noche de sue\u00f1o de mala calidad puede provocar un aumento de la reactividad al estr\u00e9s, cambios de humor, deterioro de la funci\u00f3n cognitiva, mala memoria y reducci\u00f3n de la calidad de vida. Hazte un favor y da prioridad al sue\u00f1o.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\">2. A\u00f1ade la atenci\u00f3n plena diaria.<\/span>\n<br\/>Dividamos esto en dos secciones:<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Se ha demostrado que la meditaci\u00f3n aumenta la felicidad al reducir el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n, y mejorar la calidad del sue\u00f1o y la autoestima, con tan solo 2 minutos al d\u00eda. Si no sabes por d\u00f3nde empezar, prueba a utilizar una aplicaci\u00f3n como Headspace o Calm, que te guiar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de sesiones diarias y te ayudar\u00e1 a mantener la constancia.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha demostrado que practicar la gratitud a diario aumenta las emociones positivas y reduce los sentimientos de envidia, resentimiento y arrepentimiento. Se ha descubierto que esta pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness ayuda a construir relaciones s\u00f3lidas, mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o y el optimismo, reduce el estr\u00e9s y desarrolla la resiliencia. Empieza un diario de gratitud escribiendo al final de cada d\u00eda cinco cosas concretas por las que te sientes agradecido. Recuerda que ning\u00fan aspecto de la vida es demasiado peque\u00f1o para la gratitud y que cuanto m\u00e1s lo practiques, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil te resultar\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\">\u00a03. Haga ejercicio con regularidad.<\/span>\n<br\/>No es ning\u00fan secreto que el ejercicio puede proporcionarte esa maravillosa sensaci\u00f3n de euforia despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento. Los estudios han demostrado que incluso 10 minutos de ejercicio una o dos veces por semana mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo. <strong>m\u00e1s movimiento suele conducir a una mayor felicidad<\/strong>. Hay dos elementos principales en juego aqu\u00ed:<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>El ejercicio provoca la liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas, la hormona natural del bienestar de nuestro cuerpo, que aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de relajaci\u00f3n, felicidad, confianza y capacidad, al tiempo que reduce la ansiedad, el estr\u00e9s, la depresi\u00f3n e incluso el dolor f\u00edsico.<\/li>\n<li>El ejercicio est\u00e1 asociado con elementos ambientales positivos que ayudan a aumentar la felicidad y reducir el estr\u00e9s, la depresi\u00f3n y la ansiedad. Hacer ejercicio con otras personas, por ejemplo, te hace sentir m\u00e1s conectado, apoyado y motivado, y crea un sentido de pertenencia. Hacer ejercicio al aire libre amplifica este impacto positivo a trav\u00e9s de la conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza, y entrenar para alcanzar una meta desafiante puede generar confianza, empoderamiento y seguridad en uno mismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/>Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que el ejercicio regular mejora la calidad de vida, aumenta la energ\u00eda, mejora el sue\u00f1o y fortalece el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, factores que contribuyen a una vida m\u00e1s feliz.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\">4. Pasa tiempo en la naturaleza.<\/span>\n<br\/>La Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Salud P\u00fablica descubri\u00f3 que estar en contacto con la naturaleza es suficiente para aumentar significativamente la relajaci\u00f3n y reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad.<strong> Se ha demostrado que pasar tan solo 90 minutos caminando en la naturaleza ayuda a combatir la depresi\u00f3n, reduce los pensamientos negativos repetitivos y mejora la salud mental en general.<\/strong> Como ventaja adicional, los estudios demuestran que las personas que pasan tiempo en la naturaleza tienden a ser m\u00e1s amables con los dem\u00e1s y con el medio ambiente.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br\/>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\">5. Conecta.<\/span>\n<br\/>Los seres humanos son criaturas sociales. Incluso las personas m\u00e1s introvertidas se benefician de una dosis diaria de interacci\u00f3n social. Y aunque las relaciones significativas con amigos, pareja o familiares son muy importantes, no hay que subestimar el poder de las peque\u00f1as interacciones sociales. <strong>Las interacciones cotidianas, como saludar al camarero de tu cafeter\u00eda habitual o sonre\u00edr a un corredor que pasa por la calle, te proporcionan peque\u00f1as dosis de conexi\u00f3n y sentido de pertenencia.<\/strong> Las relaciones dan sentido a la vida: un prop\u00f3sito, una sensaci\u00f3n de apoyo, seguridad y felicidad.
