Sazona con una pizca de sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar la mitad del aceite en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ada los dados de tofu y fr\u00edalos a fuego medio-alto hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes. El tofu debe tener un color marr\u00f3n dorado. Reservar para su uso posterior.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar la salsa de cacahuete mezclando la mantequilla de cacahuete, la salsa de soja, el agua, la miel, el jengibre molido y el chile en polvo hasta que quede suave.<\/li>\n<li>Lavar el br\u00e9col y cortar los ramilletes. Corta los m\u00e1s grandes en mitades o incluso en cuartos.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar el aceite restante a fuego medio-alto. Pon el br\u00f3coli en la sart\u00e9n (si cortaste los ramilletes antes, col\u00f3calos primero con la parte plana tocando la sart\u00e9n). Espera a que el br\u00f3coli est\u00e9 ligeramente crujiente, dale la vuelta y fr\u00ede un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el ajo picado y sofre\u00edr con el br\u00f3coli.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora a\u00f1ade el tofu frito, la salsa de cacahuete y las cebolletas picadas. Mezcla todo y apaga el fuego. Sazona con sal y pimienta.
