\u00a1Lo ha conseguido! La atleta de PUMA y crossfitter Emma McQuaid acaba de ganar el mayor festival de fitness. Emma termin\u00f3 por delante de m\u00e1s de 40 de las mejores atletas femeninas de CrossFit del mundo y se coron\u00f3 como ganadora del Wodapalooza 2022. \u00a1Enhorabuena, Emma, por esta GRAN actuaci\u00f3n!<\/span>\n\u00a0\nEsta victoria de Emma llega solo cinco meses despu\u00e9s de que terminara en el puesto 12 del mundo en los CrossFit Games del a\u00f1o pasado, comparables a los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos en esta disciplina. En la competici\u00f3n Wodapalooza, Emma hab\u00eda impresionado desde el primer d\u00eda. Tras un gran segundo d\u00eda, en el que gan\u00f3 la prueba The Trituradora Bayside<\/strong>, pas\u00f3 del sexto al segundo puesto en la clasificaci\u00f3n. \u00bfWodapalooza?<\/h2>\n

En Wodapalooza<\/span><\/a>El concurso se celebr\u00f3 este a\u00f1o en Bayfront Park, Miami (Florida), del 13 al 16 de enero. Reuni\u00f3 a 2500 atletas de 25 pa\u00edses diferentes para competir en 48 divisiones en diferentes grupos de edad. Hay ocho pruebas principales en tierra y en el agua para todos los g\u00e9neros que desaf\u00edan la mente y el cuerpo para llevar a los competidores al l\u00edmite de sus posibilidades con el fin de que sigan adelante.<\/p>\n

La competici\u00f3n lleva el nombre de \u201cWOD<\/strong>\u201d o el entrenamiento del d\u00eda de CrossFit, <\/sup>mientras que \u201cpalooza<\/span><\/strong>\u201d denota un festival o un evento a gran escala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
