Y nada supera mi forma favorita de siempre para resetearme y recargar energ\u00edas: <strong>carreras de monta\u00f1a.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>El trail running es una actividad que proporciona mucha alegr\u00eda. Es <strong>La terapia de ejercicio definitiva, que combina el conocido fen\u00f3meno del \u201csubid\u00f3n del corredor\u201d con los potentes beneficios de pasar tiempo en la naturaleza.<\/strong>. Saltar sobre ra\u00edces de \u00e1rboles, esquivar rocas y sortear descensos empinados.<strong> no te deja otra opci\u00f3n que estar presente en ese momento<\/strong>. Si te distraes con tus pensamientos, las posibilidades de torcerte un tobillo son reales. Es esencialmente un <strong>pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness en movimiento<\/strong>.
