Por eso, en el momento en que nuestra determinaci\u00f3n mental flaquea, todo se viene abajo. Pero la diferencia entre quedarse atascado en los bloques de salida y llegar a la meta tiene m\u00e1s que ver con <strong>planificaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad, porque nuestro entorno supera a la fuerza de voluntad casi siempre<\/strong>. Necesitamos que nuestro entorno haga de la acci\u00f3n y el progreso el <em>f\u00e1cil <\/em>opci\u00f3n. Necesitamos que nuestro entorno est\u00e9 preparado para que sea mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil NO completar nuestro objetivo. <strong>Tenemos que ser inteligentes<\/strong> y eliminar tantas barreras potenciales como sea posible (planificaci\u00f3n), a\u00f1adiendo al mismo tiempo apoyo (responsabilidad) para mantener la coherencia.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Empiece por eliminar las barreras. El proceso tiene que ser c\u00f3modo.<\/span>\n<br\/>En la medida de lo posible, aseg\u00farese de que <strong>donde se entrena es en su trayecto al trabajo, cerca del trabajo o de casa<\/strong>. Si su vida social actual obstaculiza o fomenta una vida sana. <strong>El estilo de vida debe integrarse en el plan.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Aseg\u00farate de que sea sostenible.<\/span>\n<br\/>Tanto si entrenas para un objetivo concreto como si quieres cambiar tu salud y forma f\u00edsica a largo plazo, <strong>el proceso debe ser sostenible desde el punto de vista ps\u00edquico, mental, social y financiero<\/strong>. Una rutina bien equilibrada debe ser energizante, con un amplio margen de recuperaci\u00f3n durante la semana, lo que te permitir\u00e1 mantener el ritmo sin quemarte. Empezando poco a poco y aumentando gradualmente el volumen de entrenamiento <strong>se da tiempo para adaptarse a estos cambios<\/strong>. No te dejes llevar por el \u201ctodo o nada\u201d. <strong>la constancia es el rey cuando se trata de resultados.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Rendir cuentas.<\/span>\n<br\/>No importa lo motivados que estemos, siempre hay <strong>momentos de agotamiento y baja resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En esos momentos es \u00fatil disponer de sistemas que nos obliguen a rendir cuentas, ya sea a un amigo, a un entrenador, a un evento o a una aplicaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo. Cuanta m\u00e1s responsabilidad creamos, <strong>m\u00e1s constantes seremos con los h\u00e1bitos saludables y menos propensos a dejar de fumar<\/strong>. Este es el paso final y crucial que le permite comprender <strong>c\u00f3mo conseguir que todo se ajuste a su agenda<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Una planificaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida le ofrece las mayores posibilidades de \u00e9xito en la consecuci\u00f3n de su objetivo.<\/strong> Si identificas y eliminas los posibles obst\u00e1culos, te responsabilizas de tus actos y utilizas tu tiempo de forma intencionada, estar\u00e1s en el buen camino para conseguir resultados. Si es algo que realmente quieres conseguir, no lo dejes al azar. If you\u2019re short on time before or after work (shout out to all the parents out there) \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;lunchtimes may be your best bet\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. In these moments it helps to have systems in place that create accountability whether that be to a friend, a coach, an event or an app, for example. The more accountability we create, \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;the more consistent we are likely to be with healthy habits and the less likely we are to quit\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;.
