Trabajar desde casa parece un sinf\u00edn de videoconferencias y cadenas de correos electr\u00f3nicos, y tanto nuestra vida social como nuestros ratos de ocio en solitario podemos pasarlos pegados a la tecnolog\u00eda. Los estudios indican que el estadounidense medio pasa m\u00e1s de 10 horas al d\u00eda mirando una pantalla. \u00bf10 horas al d\u00eda? Es alucinante. No estamos hechos para esto, y nuestra salud mental se resiente. Los estudios demuestran que las personas que pasan <strong>al menos 2 horas de tiempo recreativo en la naturaleza a lo largo de una semana, ya sea de una sola vez o repartidas en siete d\u00edas, declararon una mayor salud y bienestar.<\/strong> Sin embargo, cualquier momento en la naturaleza es mejor que ninguno. La Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Salud P\u00fablica descubri\u00f3 que estar en la naturaleza basta para aumentar significativamente la relajaci\u00f3n y, por tanto, aliviar la sensaci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad. <strong>Los estudios demuestran que tan s\u00f3lo 90 minutos de paseo en la naturaleza pueden ayudar a combatir la depresi\u00f3n.<\/strong> y mejoran la salud mental, y que se reduce la autoconversaci\u00f3n negativa y repetitiva (un conocido factor predictivo de los episodios depresivos). Los estudios han descubierto que <strong>cualquier exposici\u00f3n a la naturaleza, ya sea en persona o incluso a trav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeos o fotograf\u00edas,<\/strong> produjo mejoras en la funci\u00f3n cerebral.
