En los \u00faltimos 50 a\u00f1os, a medida que la industria del fitness ha ido creciendo, la palabra \u201cejercicio\u201d se ha convertido casi en sin\u00f3nimo de \u201ccastigo\u201d. Es hora de centrarse en la alegr\u00eda del movimiento y la incre\u00edble recompensa que viene tanto durante como despu\u00e9s del ejercicio.<strong>Porque el movimiento nos hace intr\u00ednsecamente m\u00e1s felices<\/strong>.No se puede negar que el ejercicio ayuda a reducir los sentimientos de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n, al tiempo que aumenta los patrones de pensamiento positivo y la energ\u00eda en general gracias a la liberaci\u00f3n de serotonina, nuestra hormona natural de la \u201cfelicidad\u201d. Esto deber\u00eda ser motivo suficiente para considerar el ejercicio como una recompensa: nuestros cuerpos est\u00e1n hechos para moverse y prosperar cuando estamos activos.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Es hora de replantearse el ejercicio y volver a conectar con la alegr\u00eda del movimiento.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>El ejercicio no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser aburrido <em>(l\u00e9elo otra vez)<\/em><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>El ejercicio puede ser divertido, conectado, social y diferente. <strong>El movimiento puede ser m\u00e1s satisfactorio si eliges una actividad que te guste, <\/strong>ya sea una relajante caminata, un almuerzo de surf o una intensa sesi\u00f3n de intervalos...<strong> no hay elecci\u00f3n correcta, s\u00f3lo la que te conviene.<\/strong> Ten en cuenta que la \u201cdiversi\u00f3n\u201d es diferente para cada persona. T\u00f3mate tu tiempo para entender qu\u00e9 hace <strong>usted <\/strong>sentirse satisfecho y vigorizado en lugar de seguir a su compa\u00f1ero de entrenamiento. Incluso durante los entrenamientos m\u00e1s duros, saber que todos est\u00e1n juntos en esto no s\u00f3lo te ayuda a estar m\u00e1s en forma y m\u00e1s fuerte, te hace m\u00e1s constante y menos propenso a abandonar, sino que tambi\u00e9n aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n y apoyo.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Descubre lo que te mueve.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Si es usted una persona a la que le encantan los retos y se nutre de la estructura de un programa de entrenamiento,<strong> ve en busca de un objetivo que te asuste y te emocione a la vez. <\/strong>Encontrar un objetivo que ponga a prueba su capacidad puede a\u00f1adir un elemento de diversi\u00f3n y recompensa al proceso, en el que podr\u00e1 medir sus progresos y enorgullecerse de los logros y los cambios que se produzcan en el camino. Haz que el proceso sea agradable y que el objetivo sea realista y social.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Ajusta tus entrenamientos en funci\u00f3n de tus niveles de energ\u00eda.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Los humanos no son como los robots.<strong> Necesitamos descansar y recuperarnos regularmente y esta necesidad aumenta como respuesta al estr\u00e9s.<\/strong> Planifica tus actividades en funci\u00f3n de tus niveles de energ\u00eda y elige una actividad que se ajuste a ellos. Entrenar como un robot puede llevar al agotamiento.
