Se trata simplemente de aprender a observar estas fluctuaciones naturales sin juzgarlas y con compasi\u00f3n. <strong>Es una pr\u00e1ctica y una habilidad, como entrenar un m\u00fasculo,<\/strong> debemos entrenar la mente y, al igual que cada entrenamiento es diferente, ninguna sesi\u00f3n de meditaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 igual. Te limitas a observar lo que surge en el momento. Puede parecerse a caminar, <\/i><i>tai chi, qigong <\/i><i>u otras formas de movimiento suave. Es ideal para quienes tienen problemas para permanecer sentados mucho tiempo y para quienes, por naturaleza, se concentran mejor en movimiento.\u00a0<\/i><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Meditaci\u00f3n con mantras<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<br\/><i>Utilizar un sonido repetitivo para despejar la mente. Pero no es as\u00ed. <strong>Cualquiera puede meditar y no existe el concepto de \u2018malo\u2019 o \u2018bueno\u2019.<\/strong> Es cuesti\u00f3n de pr\u00e1ctica y constancia, como cualquier otra forma de entrenamiento.<br\/>\n<br\/>As\u00ed que <b>empezar poco a poco <\/b>- Unas cuantas sesiones cortas de 5 a 10 minutos a la semana son mejores que una larga sesi\u00f3n maratoniana una vez a la semana. De verdad, <strong>la regularidad es la clave.<\/strong> La meditaci\u00f3n es una habilidad que lleva tiempo dominar, as\u00ed que no te compliques al principio.
