Sin que nos demos cuenta, nuestras agendas han sido secuestradas y nuestros objetivos bienintencionados se van al garete. Saber lo que queremos conseguir es s\u00f3lo el punto de partida del camino hacia el \u00e9xito. Tambi\u00e9n necesitamos comprender por qu\u00e9 ese objetivo es importante para nosotros y c\u00f3mo alcanzarlo, y luego trabajar para conseguirlo de forma intencionada y constante.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Si quiere desarrollar un plan de calidad, <strong>siga los cinco pasos siguientes<\/strong> para tener m\u00e1s posibilidades de \u00e9xito:<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Primer paso - Entender el porqu\u00e9<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Preg\u00fantese a s\u00ed mismo: \u00bfEs este objetivo realmente importante para m\u00ed? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00bfEst\u00e1s motivado intr\u00ednsecamente (desde dentro) o tu impulso es extr\u00ednseco (vinculado a una recompensa o a evitar un castigo)? <strong>Un objetivo que merezca la pena no suele ser f\u00e1cil de alcanzar.<\/strong> Comprender la fuerza motriz que hay detr\u00e1s de la meta permite acceder a un <strong>mayor sentido del prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> para motivarte a aguantar cuando las sesiones de entrenamiento se ponen duras. A menudo, el proceso de presentarse d\u00eda tras d\u00eda es m\u00e1s duro y menos emocionante de lo esperado. No hay nada sexy en esa sensaci\u00f3n de d\u00eda de la marmota, pero <strong>la coherencia da resultados.<\/strong> Tenemos que averiguar por qu\u00e9 es importante para nosotros alcanzar este objetivo, para que cuando el proceso nos parezca mundano o dif\u00edcil, podamos recordarnos por qu\u00e9 merece la pena luchar.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Segundo paso - Tener claro el proceso.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Preg\u00fantese a s\u00ed mismo: \u00bfEs realista este objetivo?<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00bfNecesito material o recursos (por ejemplo, un gimnasio o un entrenador)? \u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo tengo que dedicar y con qu\u00e9 frecuencia? Tienes que tener en cuenta todos los detalles del proceso. Haz una lista de todos los aspectos que hay que tener en cuenta y ponte en contacto con amigos o expertos que puedan ayudarte a comprender lo que requiere alcanzar este objetivo. <strong>Entender el proceso r\u00e1pidamente te ayuda a identificar si el objetivo es realista, emocionante y algo con lo que est\u00e1s dispuesto a comprometerte.<\/strong> Por ejemplo: puede que te atraiga la idea de correr una carrera de 160 km, pero que las 16-20 semanas de carrera de larga distancia constante necesarias para completarla sin lesiones no te entusiasmen o no encajen en tu calendario. Es hora de ajustar tu objetivo o tu plan.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Tercer paso - Dedicar tiempo.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Preg\u00fantese: \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo, concretamente, voy a dedicar tiempo a esto cada d\u00eda\/semana\/mes?<br\/>\n<br\/>Est\u00e1s dentro. Entiendes el proceso y lo que se requiere. <strong>Ahora tienes que asignar momentos espec\u00edficos en tu agenda para permitir una acci\u00f3n coherente hacia tu objetivo.<\/strong> Al principio de cada semana, anota los horarios de las sesiones en tu calendario y, cuando sea posible, ponte de acuerdo con un amigo o un entrenador para aumentar la responsabilidad. Para mantener la constancia en el entrenamiento, ten en cuenta las semanas m\u00e1s exigentes en t\u00e9rminos de carga de entrenamiento (volumen o frecuencia, sobre todo) e intenta reducir tus compromisos externos. S\u00e9 consciente de los factores que dificultan tu asistencia y ten en cuenta tus compromisos.<br\/>\n<br\/>Preg\u00fantese a s\u00ed mismo: \u00bfPuedo continuar con este h\u00e1bito o carga de entrenamiento sin quemarme o lesionarme?<br\/>\n<br\/>Tanto si se est\u00e1 entrenando para una prueba concreta, como una media marat\u00f3n, como si est\u00e1 trabajando para conseguir cambios en su salud y forma f\u00edsica a largo plazo, es importante <strong>Aseg\u00farate de que tu rutina semanal sea sostenible, tanto f\u00edsica como mentalmente.<\/strong> Una rutina saludable debe ser agradable y reponedora desde el punto de vista energ\u00e9tico, equilibrando el creciente estr\u00e9s al que se somete al cuerpo con una recuperaci\u00f3n adecuada. Si no se vigila este equilibrio, es f\u00e1cil acabar agotado o sufrir lesiones por sobreentrenamiento, lo que nos devolver\u00e1 al punto de partida. <strong>La coherencia es fundamental cuando se trabaja para conseguir un resultado concreto,<\/strong> As\u00ed que prueba a aumentar suavemente el volumen, la intensidad o la frecuencia cada semana, y controla c\u00f3mo responde el cuerpo.
