Aunque este tipo de caprichos est\u00e1n muy bien, si son tus \u00fanicos m\u00e9todos para hacer frente al estr\u00e9s y ocuparte realmente de tu bienestar, quiz\u00e1 te hayas tragado el bombo del #selfcare y no hayas entendido bien lo que es en realidad.<\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Empecemos por lo que <em>NO ES<\/em> <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Una tendencia pasajera<\/strong>-Aunque la industria de la superaci\u00f3n personal intente convencerte de lo contrario, <strong>el autocuidado no es s\u00f3lo un hashtag-hype<\/strong> y realmente no es algo que deba comprarse o consumirse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glamuroso<\/strong>-Definitivamente <strong>no siempre es algo bonito o Instagrammable;<\/strong> A veces el autocuidado es francamente feo. Desde seguir una rutina matutina que da estabilidad a tu vida hasta sudar durante una sesi\u00f3n de ejercicio cuando preferir\u00edas estar en el sof\u00e1, pasando por hacer una hoja de c\u00e1lculo que cuente tus deudas y, quiz\u00e1, finalmente, dejar de lado a algunas de las personas t\u00f3xicas de tu vida... <em>comprometerte con tu mejor yo no siempre es bonito<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Una soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida<\/strong>-Tampoco es algo a lo que s\u00f3lo se preste atenci\u00f3n cuando se tiene gripe o se est\u00e1 a punto de agotarse, para luego darse el capricho de un masaje y una pedicura para desestresarse. Este tipo de soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida es realmente <strong>como poner una tirita en una herida enorme.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Estr\u00e9s adicional<\/strong>-Tambi\u00e9n <strong>no debe ser una tarea m\u00e1s de la lista de tareas pendientes.<\/strong> que te hace sentir culpable cuando no consigues marcarlo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 <em>IS<\/em> \u00bfautocuidado?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saber lo que vales <\/strong>- El autocuidado consiste en establecer un <strong>conciencia de sus necesidades f\u00edsicas, emocionales y mentales<\/strong> y darles prioridad. Es tomar la decisi\u00f3n de situar tu bienestar en el centro de tu vida, no de forma ego\u00edsta, sino reconociendo tu valor inherente y, por tanto, honr\u00e1ndolo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomar decisiones dif\u00edciles<\/strong>-A veces el autocuidado consiste en tomar decisiones que repercutir\u00e1n positivamente en tu bienestar a largo plazo, pero <strong>puede apestar a corto plazo.<\/strong> Hablamos de abstenerse de caer en esos malos h\u00e1bitos y patrones de autosabotaje tan familiares y tentadores en momentos de estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A pesar de las apariencias...<\/strong>El autocuidado consiste en construir una vida que <em>siente <\/em>bien sobre una vida que simplemente <em>mira <\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Todo sobre la aceptaci\u00f3n-<\/strong> El verdadero autocuidado es <strong>arraigada en la compasi\u00f3n y en atenderte amorosamente a ti mismo,<\/strong> No se trata de intentar \u2018arreglarse\u2019. Es una pr\u00e1ctica para aprender a aceptarse a uno mismo donde est\u00e1 y como es, comprendiendo que, pase lo que pase, merece ser amado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>Aprender a decir no-<\/strong>Gran parte del estr\u00e9s se debe a que no conocemos claramente nuestros l\u00edmites y decimos que s\u00ed a todo porque nos parece \u2018m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil\u2019. A veces, el autocuidado consiste en aprender cu\u00e1ndo es el momento de decir que s\u00ed a todo. <em>s\u00ed<\/em> frente al momento de hacer <em>menos<\/em>.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Por qu\u00e9 <em>(\u00a1de verdad!)<\/em> asuntos <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00bfHa o\u00eddo alguna vez el refr\u00e1n \u2018No se puede servir con la copa vac\u00eda\u2019? Es un dicho eterno, porque es cierto: cuando est\u00e1s fatigado, demasiado estresado o simplemente agotado, eres menos productivo en el trabajo y puedes dar menos amor y apoyo a los que te importan, por no mencionar que probablemente est\u00e9s menos contento con la vida en general.<br\/>\n<br\/>Al final, s\u00f3lo t\u00fa puedes decidir qu\u00e9 es para ti el autocuidado.
