Antes del D\u00eda Internacional del Yoga, que se celebra el domingo, hemos recopilado algunos de los errores m\u00e1s comunes que debes evitar, tanto si eres principiante como si ya tienes experiencia.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Rechazo del atrezzo<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Algunas personas cometen el error de suponer que agarrar un bloque o una correa es un signo de debilidad, que indica que de alguna manera no eres tan \u2018bueno\u2019 o \u2018fuerte\u2019 como los dem\u00e1s de la clase. Pero esto es totalmente falso. Los accesorios son una forma estupenda de <strong>mejorar y apoyar su pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>, que le permite moverse m\u00e1s profundamente en ciertas posturas en un <strong>manera segura<\/strong>. Al principio de la clase, echa un vistazo a los accesorios apilados en la esterilla del profesor para hacerte una idea de lo que puedes necesitar durante la sesi\u00f3n. Coge tu equipo y no seas t\u00edmido: \u00a1\u00fasalo!<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>\u00a1Forzar cualquier cosa! <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>En el yoga no existe el \u2018no pain no gain\u2019. Se trata de una pr\u00e1ctica de atenci\u00f3n plena y de profundizar en la conexi\u00f3n con el cuerpo. Lenta y constantemente puedes (y debes) encontrar tu l\u00edmite en cada asana -ese punto dulce en el que el cuerpo se estira pero no emite se\u00f1ales de dolor agudo- y luego respirar e intentar relajarte en ese lugar. <strong>Nunca fuerces tu cuerpo<\/strong> en una posici\u00f3n en la que no quiere estar.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Practicar con el est\u00f3mago lleno <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Antes de entrar en la esterilla, es mejor evitar las comidas copiosas. Tener comida en el sistema digestivo puede alterar la pr\u00e1ctica y ejercer una presi\u00f3n innecesaria en el tracto digestivo durante las asanas m\u00e1s retorcidas. Adem\u00e1s <strong>contraproducente<\/strong> para los que quieren perder peso: entrar en flujo con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo permite a nuestro cuerpo aprovechar sus reservas de energ\u00eda con mayor rapidez y eficacia.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Contener la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Ser consciente de la respiraci\u00f3n y sincronizarla con los movimientos es lo que hace del yoga un buen yoga. Una respiraci\u00f3n suave y constante nos ayuda a <strong>entrar y salir de poses<\/strong>, centrar nuestra conciencia y <strong>limpiar el cuerpo<\/strong>. Nunca se insistir\u00e1 lo suficiente en la importancia de la respiraci\u00f3n: sin ella dejar\u00edamos de existir.<br\/>\n<br\/>Muchos de nosotros tendemos a contener la respiraci\u00f3n cuando empezamos a fluir o intentamos forzar nuestra respiraci\u00f3n para que coincida con la del profesor, especialmente en las posturas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles. Cuando te sorprendas haciendo esto, t\u00f3mate un <strong>momento para volver a centrarse<\/strong> en tu propio ritmo de respiraci\u00f3n profunda y consciente. Esto le ayudar\u00e1 a <strong>conectado a tu propio cuerpo<\/strong> y proporcionarle el ox\u00edgeno que necesita.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Compararse con los dem\u00e1s o preocuparse por lo que piensen los dem\u00e1s<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Antes de entrar en clase, deja tu ego en la puerta. <strong>El yoga no es competitivo<\/strong> y compararte con el yogui que tienes al lado hace mucho m\u00e1s mal que bien. Preocuparte por lo que piensen los dem\u00e1s o compararte con otros en la sala te distrae del verdadero objetivo del yoga. Recuerda: <strong>esta es tu pr\u00e1ctica y tu viaje.<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>En busca de la perfecci\u00f3n<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>En el yoga no existe la perfecci\u00f3n. Se llama pr\u00e1ctica por una raz\u00f3n: cada d\u00eda tu cuerpo puede parecer o sentirse diferente. Esto significa que si te apegas a un resultado espec\u00edfico durante la clase, \u00e9ste ser\u00e1 diferente. <strong>causan estragos en tu paz interior.<\/strong> En su lugar, c\u00e9ntrate en una alineaci\u00f3n adecuada, <strong>sentirse firme y fuerte<\/strong> y anclado en el momento presente, y perm\u00edtete desechar todas las expectativas de c\u00f3mo \u2018deber\u00eda ser\u2019 el yoga.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Bloqueo de las articulaciones<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Cuando bloqueas las rodillas o los codos durante una asana, <strong>los m\u00fasculos que rodean la zona son pasivos<\/strong> y <strong>toda la tensi\u00f3n de la postura<\/strong> sobre una red de delicados ligamentos y cart\u00edlagos. Si caes en este mal h\u00e1bito al principio de tu carrera y\u00f3guica, te est\u00e1s exponiendo a un desgaste prematuro de tu cuerpo, que te causar\u00e1 mucho da\u00f1o a largo plazo.<br\/>\n<br\/>Ev\u00edtelo manteniendo una ligera flexi\u00f3n de rodillas y codos y <strong>activaci\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos circundantes<\/strong>. Cuando se practica correctamente, el yoga es en realidad una gran manera de mantener su <strong>articulaciones lubricadas y lisas<\/strong>- s\u00f3lo aseg\u00farate de no excederte.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Dejar vagar la mirada<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Puede que hayas o\u00eddo a tu profesor decir la palabra <strong>drishti<\/strong> y estar ligeramente confundido. <strong>Drishti<\/strong> es una palabra s\u00e1nscrita que significa vista. Es una t\u00e9cnica para <strong>establecer una mirada concentrada<\/strong> durante su pr\u00e1ctica, apoyando <strong>autoconocimiento<\/strong> y liberar la mente de distracciones visuales innecesarias. Practique <strong>mantener la mirada<\/strong> en un punto determinado y se sorprender\u00e1 de lo mucho que pueden mejorar su concentraci\u00f3n, equilibrio y potencia.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Saltarse Shavasana <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Podr\u00eda decirse que es la mejor parte de la clase, aunque algunos pueden sentir la tentaci\u00f3n de saltarse esta \u2018parte lenta\u2019 del final. Pero eso es un gran error: la Shavasana es la postura final de relajaci\u00f3n que permite a la mente evadirse y al cuerpo relajarse. <strong>integrar y asimilar toda la nueva informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que ha recibido a lo largo de la clase. Recuerda: shavasana es una postura como cualquier otra. Si realmente tienes dificultades para acomodarte y relajarte, entonces \u00e9sta es probablemente la postura m\u00e1s importante para <strong>explorar m\u00e1s a fondo<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Para terminar:<\/strong> S\u00ed, el yoga es una pr\u00e1ctica sagrada, pero no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser s\u00faper seria. <strong>S\u00e9 consciente y no te juzgues<\/strong> si eres culpable de cometer algunos de los errores comunes mencionados anteriormente. Trabaja poco a poco para ser m\u00e1s consciente y estar m\u00e1s en sinton\u00eda contigo mismo y con tu cuerpo.
