La distancia requiere mucho kilometraje de entrenamiento, y no se puede aumentar ese volumen sin un cierto riesgo de lesi\u00f3n. Pero en la carrera en s\u00ed, necesitas fuerza mental para mantener tu esfuerzo durante toda la distancia. A veces puedes estar f\u00edsicamente preparado para una media marat\u00f3n, pero no mentalmente para una marat\u00f3n completa. Necesitas un alto kilometraje semanal, y la carrera larga es muy importante. Al mismo tiempo, hay que ir a la pista una vez a la semana para trabajar la velocidad, porque la velocidad tambi\u00e9n es importante para la distancia del marat\u00f3n. Qu\u00e9 le ocurri\u00f3 ese d\u00eda y c\u00f3mo afronta mentalmente los momentos dif\u00edciles de una carrera?\u00a0<\/span>Fue una mezcla de cosas diferentes. Tuve una buena preparaci\u00f3n, estuve en un campo de entrenamiento en EE.UU., y ya ten\u00eda buenos tiempos en los 10K y en el marat\u00f3n, pero a\u00fan no en el medio marat\u00f3n. As\u00ed que quer\u00eda dar el siguiente paso tambi\u00e9n en esa distancia y alcanzar un nivel de rendimiento similar.<br><br>Mentalmente, para m\u00ed es muy importante recordarme a m\u00ed misma que me he entrenado para esto y que estoy preparada. Cuando estoy en la l\u00ednea de salida, me siento preparado, y si no me siento preparado, no salgo. Siento menos fatiga en las piernas y me proporcionan un buen retorno de energ\u00eda.<br>Para m\u00ed, las zapatillas de carreras y las de entrenamiento no son lo mismo. Cuando me pongo las zapatillas de carreras, tengo la sensaci\u00f3n de tener un apoyo extra. En los entrenamientos, prefiero trabajar m\u00e1s y esforzarme m\u00e1s, pero en las carreras las zapatillas me dan esa ayuda extra.<br><br>Para las carreras, prefiero el entrenador FAST-R3. Para entrenar y hacer ejercicio, me gusta la serie Deviate porque ofrece m\u00e1s estabilidad. Tienes que poner m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, y eso es bueno para el entrenamiento. La placa de carbono es una gran ayuda para la distancia de marat\u00f3n. Creo que hoy en d\u00eda es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil correr r\u00e1pido que antes, porque hay m\u00e1s tecnolog\u00eda.<br><br>Mi colaboraci\u00f3n con PUMA es muy importante para m\u00ed. Me gusta el intercambio, porque me preguntan c\u00f3mo me siento con las zapatillas y qu\u00e9 se puede mejorar para la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. I had a good preparation, I was at a training camp in the U.S., and I already had strong times over 10K and in the marathon, but not yet in the half marathon.
