Cuando se reducen la presi\u00f3n y la temperatura, el gas se expande dentro del material. \u201cEsto hace que el material se espume de dentro a fuera\u201d, explica Matthias. \u201cSe puede pensar en el proceso un poco como hacer palomitas de ma\u00edz\u201d. Una preforma compacta se transforma en una entresuela muy expandida dentro de una c\u00e1mara de presi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_default\" ><h2>C\u00f3mo se fabrica nuestra espuma NITRO<\/h2>El verdadero rendimiento se crea en el interior del material. La estructura de la espuma determina c\u00f3mo responde la zapatilla bajo carga. Las espumas NITRO\u2122 presentan una estructura celular especialmente uniforme. Pueden comprimirse mucho, acumular tensi\u00f3n y volver a liberar esa energ\u00eda. \u201cEstas suelas pueden deformarse hasta un 70%, como si se apretara un globo\u201d, explica Matthias. Aqu\u00ed es donde queda clara la diferencia con las espumas EVA tradicionales, que han dominado el mercado durante d\u00e9cadas. Las espumas EVA est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas principalmente para amortiguar y tienen una respuesta mucho m\u00e1s lenta, lo que las hace fundamentalmente diferentes del comportamiento de retorno de alta energ\u00eda de NITRO<strong>\u2122<\/strong>.\u00a0<br><br>Un paso de carrera consta de varias fases. El pie golpea, la espuma se comprime, el cuerpo rueda sobre el mediopi\u00e9 y empuja a trav\u00e9s del antepi\u00e9. A lo largo de esta secuencia, la espuma se carga continuamente. \u201cPuedo introducir mucha energ\u00eda en el sistema\u201d, afirma Matthias Hartmann. Lo que importa es que esa energ\u00eda se retenga y se libere de nuevo. \u201cEsa energ\u00eda no se disipa. Lo que pongo en el material en t\u00e9rminos de energ\u00eda, lo recupero en gran medida\u201d.\u201d\u00a0<br><br>El efecto es independiente del estilo de carrera. \u201cNo importa si corres de tal\u00f3n o de antepi\u00e9. Esta tecnolog\u00eda de espuma ofrece una mejora para cada tipo de corredor\u201d. La velocidad tambi\u00e9n juega un papel secundario. \u201cEs una tecnolog\u00eda para todo el mundo\u201d. Tanto los atletas de \u00e9lite como los corredores aficionados notan la diferencia. \u201cLos corredores pueden describir con mucha precisi\u00f3n qu\u00e9 espuma rinde mejor, y eso coincide con nuestras pruebas mec\u00e1nicas\u201d.
