Peso muerto rumano (s\u00ed, de verdad)<\/h2>Ambas estaciones de trineo exigen una gran cantidad de energ\u00eda de los isquiotibiales y los gl\u00fateos. Los ejercicios de peso muerto rumano (RDL) ayudan al cuerpo a manejar la tensi\u00f3n bajo carga, lo que resulta muy \u00fatil para aliviar la sensaci\u00f3n de tirantez en los isquiotibiales durante la carrera que sigue al tir\u00f3n del trineo.<br><br>Los RDL tambi\u00e9n desarrollan la fuerza de las bisagras, cr\u00edtica para la potencia en el SkiErg. Como constructor de resistencia, la fuerza de bisagra ayuda a proteger tu espalda baja de lesiones previniendo el redondeo.
