Mirando atr\u00e1s, esa decisi\u00f3n es uno de los momentos de los que me siento m\u00e1s orgulloso: convertir esa historia en una remontada.<br><br>El momento en la India, cuando gan\u00e9 el oro en los 100 y 200 metros, fue especial. Pero, mirando atr\u00e1s, el deporte tiene mucho m\u00e1s que ver con lo que ocurre antes de eso: los retos, las dudas, la perseverancia. Es cierto.<br><br>Pero creo que la combinaci\u00f3n es fundamental. Si solo pierdes, nunca tienes la oportunidad de aplicar lo que has aprendido. Para eso, necesitas momentos de \u00e9xito. Despu\u00e9s de mi carrera de 100 metros en Delhi, tambi\u00e9n pens\u00e9 que podr\u00eda haber hecho algunas cosas mejor. Mi entrenador me dijo: \u201cFelix, has ganado. Si\u00e9ntete orgulloso\u201d. Y ten\u00eda raz\u00f3n. Pero mi mentalidad suele ser: \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo hacerlo a\u00fan mejor?<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">\u00bfHA CAMBIADO TU RELACI\u00d3N CON EL RENDIMIENTO Y TU CUERPO A LO LARGO DE LOS A\u00d1OS?<\/span>Sin duda. He probado diferentes sistemas de entrenamiento y he aprendido lo importante que es la constancia. Si te exiges constantemente al m\u00e1ximo, sobrecargas tu cuerpo y acabas perdiendo tiempo porque tienes que dar dos pasos atr\u00e1s. Este a\u00f1o, por primera vez, he conseguido contenerme en los entrenamientos, progresar de forma constante y sacar ese 10 % extra en la competici\u00f3n.<br>Por eso es tan importante trabajar con mi entrenador. \u00c9l ve el momento en el que ya es suficiente. Yo no siempre lo reconozco por m\u00ed mismo.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Entonces, \u00bfel \u00e9xito tambi\u00e9n es la capacidad de aceptar ayuda?<\/span>Por supuesto. El \u00e9xito nunca se consigue solo. Puede que sea yo quien est\u00e9 en la pista, pero detr\u00e1s de m\u00ed hay un equipo que me corrige, me apoya y me fortalece. Durante los entrenamientos, le cedo el control a mi entrenador: conf\u00edo en que tomar\u00e1 las decisiones correctas. En la competici\u00f3n, esa din\u00e1mica cambia: entonces necesito que el equipo conf\u00ede en m\u00ed para tomar el control. Todos contribuyen. Es la \u00fanica forma en que funciona.<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">PUMA LLEVA VARIOS A\u00d1OS A TU LADO. \u00bfQU\u00c9 SIGNIFICA PARA TI ESTA COLABORACI\u00d3N?<\/span>Mucho. PUMA dio el salto al deporte paral\u00edmpico de \u00e9lite conmigo, y eso nos une. En aquel momento, era un \u00e1mbito completamente nuevo para la marca, y me impresion\u00f3 la apertura con la que lo abordaron. Ver hoy cu\u00e1ntos atletas visten PUMA y lo activa que se ha vuelto la marca en el \u00e1mbito paral\u00edmpico es algo especial para m\u00ed, porque he sido testigo de ese viaje.<br><br>Me siento muy c\u00f3modo con PUMA. La gente habla entre s\u00ed, se escucha y, en el desarrollo, siento que mis comentarios se reflejan realmente en los productos. Para rendir al m\u00e1ximo, todo debe ajustarse de manera que pueda correr con fuerza, sin dolor y sin puntos de presi\u00f3n. Empieza por la pr\u00f3tesis en s\u00ed, contin\u00faa con el encaje perfectamente adaptado a mi cuerpo e incluye la cuesti\u00f3n de cu\u00e1n r\u00edgida o flexible debe ser la pala. Lo notas despu\u00e9s de una o dos carreras, tanto por c\u00f3mo te sientes como por los tiempos.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 HACEN REALMENTE ESTAS TECNOLOG\u00cdAS EN T\u00c9RMINOS DE REACTIVIDAD, TRANSFERENCIA DE ENERG\u00cdA Y ESTABILIDAD?<\/span>El mayor avance fue alejarme de los modelos muy r\u00edgidos. Ahora tengo un calzado m\u00e1s suave y flexible que me resulta m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo. La placa de carbono y la espuma funcionan conjuntamente para que obtenga una respuesta directa al rodar y empujar. Siento como si el calzado formara parte de mi movimiento, y eso es lo que marca la diferencia al final.<br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 SE NECESITA PARA QUE LA INNOVACI\u00d3N Y LA INCLUSI\u00d3N EN EL DEPORTE VAYAN DE LA MANO?<\/span>Intercambio constante. Estamos a un alto nivel tecnol\u00f3gico, pero el progreso real no se produce de forma aislada en un laboratorio. Se produce cuando los atletas, los entrenadores y los desarrolladores trabajan juntos, prueban productos, dan su opini\u00f3n y mejoran las cosas.<br><br>Estos \u00faltimos porcentajes, que son importantes en el deporte de \u00e9lite, solo surgen cuando todos se sientan a la misma mesa. Hay que probar los productos, hay que permitir los errores y nadie debe creer que puede resolverlo todo por s\u00ed solo. He aprendido lo f\u00e1cil que es caer en la trampa de querer que todo sea perfecto. La perfecci\u00f3n genera presi\u00f3n, y la presi\u00f3n te bloquea. El entrenamiento es el lugar para probar cosas y cometer errores. Si voy a fallar, prefiero hacerlo en el entrenamiento que en la competici\u00f3n.<br><br>Para m\u00ed, entrenar no significa funcionar a la perfecci\u00f3n, sino tener el valor de intentarlo.
