Me gusta mucho <strong>circuitos de alta intensidad, especialmente HIIT (Intervalos de Alta Intensidad)<\/strong> con ejercicios como sentadillas con salto, sprinters largos y rodillas altas. La velocidad de ejecuci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de repeticiones marcan la diferencia para optimizar los resultados, pero en la base de todo est\u00e1 la t\u00e9cnica de ejecuci\u00f3n, que debe ser siempre perfecta, para dar los m\u00e1ximos resultados y evitar lesiones. Incluso la elecci\u00f3n de la zapatilla adecuada puede marcar la diferencia. El otro entrenamiento que me encanta hacer es correr.  Me gusta correr y lo hago siempre y en todas partes. Es importante tener una <strong>buen sistema cardiovascular<\/strong>En la clasificaci\u00f3n, las pulsaciones suben a 190 por minuto, y en la carrera, durante dos horas, el coraz\u00f3n sube a 160\/170 pulsaciones por minuto.  Por eso hago un <strong>mucho correr<\/strong> y al menos una sesi\u00f3n de sprints en cada entrenamiento, consistente en 2 minutos de sprints y 1 minuto de recuperaci\u00f3n repetidos durante 5 series.  Luego siempre a\u00f1ado un mont\u00f3n de <strong>estiramientos y yoga<\/strong>.  Tambi\u00e9n hago pesas pero nunca son pesas excesivas porque m\u00e1s m\u00fasculos significa m\u00e1s peso y para poder conducir un F\u00f3rmula 1, no puedo aumentar mucho mi peso.<strong>\n<\/strong><br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><strong class=\"textStyle_description\">LEWIS: UNA DIETA BASADA EN PLANTAS<\/strong>\n<br\/><strong>Men's Health:<\/strong>\n\u00bfLe ayuda su dieta basada en plantas a mantenerse en la cima?\u00a0 \u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Lewis Hamilton:<\/strong>\nAntes de pasarme a este tipo de dieta ya estaba en lo m\u00e1s alto, pero hac\u00eda m\u00e1s cosas y mi energ\u00eda no era constante: ten\u00eda d\u00edas en los que estaba cargada de energ\u00eda y d\u00edas en los que ten\u00eda menos.  Cuando me pas\u00e9 a una dieta basada en plantas, estos altibajos disminuyeron significativamente y ahora todos los d\u00edas mi nivel de energ\u00eda es constante. Los efectos positivos de la dieta tambi\u00e9n se notaron en el sue\u00f1o, en la predisposici\u00f3n a las alergias y en mi salud en general. Nunca me he sentido mejor. Y lo mejor es que las cosas no hacen m\u00e1s que mejorar. Normalmente la gente prueba esta dieta y despu\u00e9s de un par de semanas la deja.\u00a0 <strong>He estado siguiendo esta dieta durante tres a\u00f1os y todav\u00eda veo beneficios.<\/strong>.  Mi cuerpo sigue mejorando, cada vez soy m\u00e1s flexible. The speed of execution and the number of repetitions make the difference to optimize the results, but at the base of everything is the execution technique, which must always be perfect, to give the maximum results and avoid injuries. Even the choice of the right shoe can make the difference. I have chosen the new \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;PUMA LQD Cell Hydra\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; which, thanks to the use of innovative technologies and a padding system that increases stability and improves shock absorption, always offer me maximum support. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;These shoes have really changed my\u00a0 way to train\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;. The other workout that I love doing is running.\u00a0 I like running and I do it always and everywhere. It is important to have a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;good cardiovascular system\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;: during qualifying the beat rises to 190 per minute and in the race for two hours you have a heart that goes to 160\/170 beats per minute.\u00a0 That\u2019s why I do a \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;lot of running\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; and at least one session of sprints in each workout, consisting of 2 minutes of sprints and 1 minute of recovery repeated for 5 series.\u00a0 Then I always add a lot of \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;stretching and yoga\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;.\u00a0 I also do weights but they are never excessive weights because more muscles means more weight and to be able to drive a Formula 1, I can\u2019t increase my weight much.\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\",\"width\":\"Wide\",\"aspect\":\"0\",\"style\":\"2b\"} \/--><!-- wp:puma\/row-text-single {\"content\":\"\\u003cstrong class=\\u0022textStyle_description\\u0022\\u003eLEWIS: ON A PLANT-BASED DIET\\u003c\/strong\\u003e\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Men\u2019s Health:\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\nDoes your plant-based diet help you stay on top?\u00a0 \u00a0\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Lewis Hamilton:\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\nI was already at the top before moving on to this type of diet, but I was doing more and my energy was not constant: I had days when I was loaded with energy and days when I had less.\u00a0 When I switched to a plant-based diet these highs and lows decreased significantly\u00a0and now every day my energy level is constant. The positive effects of the diet were also felt on sleep, on the predisposition to allergies and on my health in general. I\u2019ve never felt better. And the best part is that things only improve.
