As\u00ed que el ex jugador ol\u00edmpico de hockey sobre hierba y sus 3 hijas idearon una soluci\u00f3n destinada a evitar que los padres <strong>\u201cvolverse loco y engordar<\/strong><strong>\u201c<\/strong>, a pesar de no poder hacer deporte al aire libre ni visitar a los amigos. Eche un vistazo a estos <strong>cinco ejercicios<\/strong>, y reserve unos minutos al d\u00eda para probarlos con sus hijos.\n<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Sentadillas con peso<\/strong>\nT\u00fambate en el suelo mirando al techo con los pies en el aire flexionando ligeramente las rodillas, las manos tocando la cabeza junto a las orejas. Recuerde que un peso elevado y pocas repeticiones aumentar\u00e1n su <strong>masa muscular<\/strong>, mientras que un peso ligero con altas repeticiones apoya su <strong>resistencia muscular<\/strong>. Col\u00f3cate de pie y, cuando los dos est\u00e9is preparados, levanta al ni\u00f1o del suelo en direcci\u00f3n al techo y vuelve a bajarlo lentamente, mientras<strong> asegurarse de que su hijo sigue estando c\u00f3modo (y, en el mejor de los casos, ri\u00e9ndose)<\/strong>.
