Jorge escucha personalmente el podcast The Rich Roll Podcast durante sus largas carreras.\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/>Jorge recomienda hacer mucho <strong>Entrenamiento de zona 2<\/strong> estos d\u00edas: largo <strong>baja intensidad<\/strong> Las sesiones son perfectas para <strong>quemar grasa<\/strong> y se acumula en tu <strong>rendimiento aer\u00f3bico y de resistencia<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, t\u00fa <strong>hacerse m\u00e1s fuerte<\/strong>, y el riesgo de lesiones es menor en comparaci\u00f3n con el entrenamiento por intervalos de velocidad. Los corredores de larga distancia tienden a dejar de lado este entrenamiento, porque puede resultar aburrido, dado que hay que correr entre 10 y 20 km a un ritmo muy lento. Pero como no hay competiciones a la vista, ahora es el momento ideal.<br\/>\n<br\/>Tambi\u00e9n es un buen momento para comprar.\u00a0<strong>nuevo equipo deportivo<\/strong>, ahora mismo hay muchos equipos en oferta, por ejemplo, relojes deportivos.
