En su lugar, intente alimentarse <strong>alimentos integrales ricos en nutrientes<\/strong> de forma regular, te sentir\u00e1s mejor en tu piel y rendir\u00e1s m\u00e1s en el gimnasio, porque es un sustento adecuado y proporciona a tu cuerpo la energ\u00eda que necesita para funcionar.<br\/>\n<br\/>Consuma alimentos variados y trate de escuchar a su cuerpo: cuando est\u00e9 lleno, deje de comer, y cuando tenga hambre, alim\u00e9ntelo.
