Empiezas a sentir sed si pierdes solo un 1 % de las reservas de agua de tu cuerpo. Con un 2 % de p\u00e9rdida, tu cuerpo empieza a sufrir graves problemas. <strong>Fatiga intensa, mareos, deterioro de la capacidad mental y problemas cardiovasculares.<\/strong> son los s\u00edntomas. Pero mantenerse hidratado puede ser f\u00e1cil (si no est\u00e1s perdido en el desierto). Estos son nuestros consejos para mantenerte hidratado:<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a1Bebe m\u00e1s agua! Mick Jenkins tiene toda la raz\u00f3n. El primer paso es simplemente consumir m\u00e1s agua. A\u00f1ade un vaso de agua a cada comida para empezar con buen pie.<\/li>\n<li>Las frutas son fant\u00e1sticas.
