Estas acciones aparentemente insignificantes que realizamos cada d\u00eda con el piloto autom\u00e1tico se acumulan y nos llevan al \u00e9xito o al fracaso. La motivaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo nos llevar\u00e1 hasta cierto punto en el cambio de comportamiento y son nuestros h\u00e1bitos los que tienen un impacto real.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>En materia de salud y forma f\u00edsica, <strong>la gente suele tener dificultades para crear un cambio real<\/strong> modificando los h\u00e1bitos que sabotean constantemente su progreso. La multimillonaria industria del fitness ofrece muchas soluciones, desde aplicaciones para tel\u00e9fonos hasta abonos especiales para gimnasios, para ayudar a romper estos ciclos, todas ellas con distintos porcentajes de \u00e9xito. Sea cual sea el camino que se tome, parece que a la larga <strong>necesitamos aprovechar el poder de la comunidad<\/strong>, para conseguir un cambio de h\u00e1bitos sostenible.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>La comunidad puede definirse como un grupo de personas que comparten o tienen ciertas actitudes e intereses en com\u00fan.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan poderosa la comunidad?<\/strong> Porque establece y apoya una norma social. Como seres humanos, buscamos un sentimiento de pertenencia y, una vez que encontramos nuestra tribu, naturalmente queremos encajar en ella. Al encontrar tu lugar en una tribu que apoya tus objetivos y demuestra los h\u00e1bitos positivos que quieres desarrollar, los cambios diarios de comportamiento se convierten en una obviedad. De hecho, lo m\u00e1s importante es que las acciones que se salen de la \u2018norma saludable\u2019 de la comunidad se consideran inaceptables o indeseables.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Es dif\u00edcil cambiar un h\u00e1bito no deseado o un comportamiento poco saludable.<\/strong>, si sus allegados no le apoyan ni le animan a hacerlo. Los estudios sugieren que el entorno triunfa sobre la fuerza de voluntad y el cambio de h\u00e1bitos se vuelve insostenible. La otra cara de la moneda es que si se crea un entorno que apoye los h\u00e1bitos positivos y saludables como la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s obvia y f\u00e1cil, entonces <strong>el cambio se convierte en una progresi\u00f3n natural.<\/strong> Crear un entorno en el que el h\u00e1bito negativo o poco saludable sea antisocial dentro de tus c\u00edrculos m\u00e1s cercanos solidifica el cambio.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo encuentro a mi tribu?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Dice el refr\u00e1n <strong>\u201ctu vibraci\u00f3n atrae a tu tribu\u201d<\/strong> sugiriendo que basta con actuar como las personas que queremos atraer para que aparezcan. Sin embargo, no siempre es as\u00ed y a menudo necesitamos adoptar un enfoque m\u00e1s activo para, por ejemplo, realizar cambios:<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>\u00danase a un grupo de fitness<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Los gimnasios de entrenamiento en grupos peque\u00f1os o los grupos al aire libre suelen tener un efecto comunitario m\u00e1s fuerte que la simple suscripci\u00f3n a un gimnasio. Si organizas estos eventos sociales con regularidad, la gente empezar\u00e1 a asociarte con estos comportamientos saludables, lo que reforzar\u00e1 tu nueva identidad como \u2018senderista\u2019, \u2018activo\u2019 o \u2018sano\u2019.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>El orador motivacional Jim Rohn dijo que <strong>somos la media de las cinco personas con las que pasamos m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/strong> Esto est\u00e1 relacionado con la ley de los promedios, que es la teor\u00eda seg\u00fan la cual el resultado de una situaci\u00f3n dada ser\u00e1 la media de todos los resultados.<br\/>\n<br\/>Como entrenador, a veces veo a personas que se disgustan si no est\u00e1n entre los primeros de la clase, esforz\u00e1ndose al m\u00e1ximo pero qued\u00e1ndose atr\u00e1s. Personalmente, lo encuentro incre\u00edblemente emocionante. Estar al final de la clase y esforzarse por mantenerse significa una mejora garantizada. <strong>Significa que est\u00e1s en el lugar adecuado.<\/strong> Yo pondr\u00eda en duda la utilidad de una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento en la que te adelantas a los dem\u00e1s (para algo que no sea tu ego).
