Bilder sind wichtig. Man k\u00f6nnte das Gef\u00fchl bekommen, nicht gut genug zu sein: Das ist <strong>K\u00f6rperbesch\u00e4mung.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>L\u00f6sung:<\/strong> Seien Sie sich bewusst, dass es nicht nur unrealistisch ist, Ihren K\u00f6rper mit einem \u2018einmaligen Superstar-Model\u2019 zu vergleichen, sondern auch unfair gegen\u00fcber dem, was Sie jeden Tag leisten. Nun, warum siehst du nur, wie toll deine Freunde sind, aber vers\u00e4umst es, <strong>Ihre eigenen Verdienste erkennen?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>L\u00f6sung:<\/strong> Versuchen Sie, sich selbst zumindest einige der lobenden und aufmunternden Worte zu schenken, die Sie Ihren Lieben st\u00e4ndig entgegenbringen. <strong>Selbstliebe ist der Schl\u00fcssel<\/strong>\u00a0Und obwohl es kein allgemeing\u00fcltiges \u201eWie-man-sich-selbst-in-5-Schritten-liebt\u201c-Rezept gibt, das f\u00fcr alle funktioniert: Versuchen Sie herauszufinden, was Ihre Freunde an Ihnen sch\u00e4tzen. Well, how come you only see how great your friends are but fail to \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;realize your own merits?\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Solution:\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt; Try to give yourself at least some of the rewarding and uplifting words you continuously bestow on your loved ones. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Self-love is the key\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\u00a0and while there is no universally applicable \u201eHow-to-Love-Yourself-in-5-Steps\u201c that works for everyone: Try to work out what your friends appreciate about you. Next step: push yourself to name a body part you like about yourself \u2013 it can be anything: your hands, your shoulders, your hair.
