Ausgewogenheit in der Art und Weise, wie wir essen, trainieren und uns bewegen. Auch wenn hochintensives Training viele Vorteile f\u00fcr die Gesundheit hat, m\u00fcssen wir sicherstellen, dass wir nicht die ganze Zeit mit 100% laufen. Eine Auszeit nach einer hochintensiven Einheit erm\u00f6glicht es dem K\u00f6rper, sich zu erholen und positive Trainingsanpassungen vorzunehmen. Ohne ausreichende Erholungszeit ernten wir nicht die Fr\u00fcchte unserer harten Arbeit und laufen Gefahr, auszubrennen. So wurde ich zum ersten Mal vom Yin Yoga angezogen. Es bot mir das Gleichgewicht, das ich brauchte, um das Beste aus meinem Training herauszuholen.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Am Anfang habe ich Yin Yoga als Stretching-Kurs eingestuft. Inzwischen wei\u00df ich aber, dass es eher wie eine <strong>Medizin durch Bewegung<\/strong>. Fr\u00fcher verbrachte ich eine 60-min\u00fctige Unterrichtsstunde damit, nicht einzuschlafen, weil ich mich bis zur Ersch\u00f6pfung verausgabt hatte. Wenn ich jetzt zur\u00fcckblicke, kann ich nicht glauben, dass ich mein Leben so aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht habe. Ich hatte ein komplettes Burnout mit den klassischen Anzeichen von Nahrungsmittelunvertr\u00e4glichkeiten, M\u00fcdigkeit und einem deutlichen <strong>mangelnde Motivation<\/strong>, alles Dinge, die mir zu dieser Zeit sehr fremd waren. In unserer Kultur neigen wir dazu, ein temporeiches, stressiges Leben zu belohnen, in dem wir die Kerze an beiden Enden anz\u00fcnden, und obwohl das nicht gesund ist, ist es f\u00fcr viele von uns die akzeptierte Norm. F\u00fcr mich war das nicht l\u00e4nger eine Option. <strong>Ich musste das Gleichgewicht wiederherstellen<\/strong> in meinem Leben, um nachhaltig (und mit Freude) zu funktionieren und zu arbeiten.<br\/>\n<br\/>Das Wort \u201cYin\u201d stammt von dem traditionellen chinesischen Prinzip der <strong>Yin und Yang<\/strong>, Die Yin-Energie beschreibt die ruhige Natur der Nacht und die Yang-Energie die Zeit des \u201cTuns\u201d, die Tageszeit. Die Yin-Energie steht f\u00fcr die k\u00fchlende Seite des Lebens: das Stille, Erdige und Sanfte. Bei der Yang-Energie dreht sich alles um die Aktivit\u00e4t: die W\u00e4rme, das Licht und die Aktivit\u00e4t. Beide sind im Leben gleich wichtig. Wie auch immer, <strong>Yin war noch nie so notwendig<\/strong>. Stressige Arbeitsumgebungen, lange Arbeitszeiten, hochintensive Workouts und harte Trainingsprogramme erzeugen Hitze. Ich hatte schon so viele Kunden, die in stressigen Jobs arbeiten, ein Workout in ihre Mittagspause quetschen und dann am Ende des Tages eine Hot-Yoga-Stunde absolvieren, um \u2018abzuschalten\u2019. <strong>Das ist kein Gleichgewicht<\/strong>, ist es einfach mehr vom Gleichen. Stressige, hei\u00dfe Energie, die mit noch mehr Hitze angeheizt wird. Das ist mir jetzt nat\u00fcrlich klar. Aber auch ich bin diesem Muster zum Opfer gefallen.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>Was ist also Yin Yoga?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Eine Yin Yoga-Praxis umfasst eine Reihe von <strong>Posen, die in der Regel 3-10 Minuten lang gehalten werden<\/strong>, die Ihnen hilft, sich auf die \u00d6ffnung der Gelenke und des Fasziengewebes zu konzentrieren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Im Gegensatz zu Yang-Yoga-Stilen bedeutet eine langsamere Yin-Praxis, dass Sie sich gefahrlos tiefer in die Posen hineinbewegen k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass Sie sich anstrengen m\u00fcssen. <strong>alle Muskeln rund um das Gelenk aktivieren<\/strong>. Es handelt sich um ein hoch organisiertes Bindegewebe, das die inneren Organe zusammenh\u00e4lt. Straffe oder dehydrierte Faszien f\u00fchren oft zu Verklebungen zwischen Faszien und Muskeln oder Knochen, was zu einer eingeschr\u00e4nkten Bewegungsfreiheit f\u00fchrt. Yin hilft, die Faszien zu l\u00f6sen, was eine fl\u00fcssigere Bewegung ohne Einschr\u00e4nkungen erm\u00f6glicht.<br\/>\n<br\/>Yin f\u00f6rdert auch die Durchblutung, was zu einer schnelleren Erholung der Muskeln, zur Verringerung von Muskelkater, zur Verbesserung der allgemeinen Flexibilit\u00e4t und damit zur Leistungssteigerung beitragen kann.<br\/>\n<br\/>Diese k\u00f6rperlichen Vorteile reichten aus, um mich anzufangen, aber sobald ich die positiven Auswirkungen einer regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Yin-Praxis auf meine geistige Gesundheit erkannte, war ich s\u00fcchtig. Die <strong>meditative Natur<\/strong> der Praxis hilft, Stresshormone, Adrenalin und Cortisol zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig Gl\u00fcck, Konzentration, Selbstbewusstsein und die Gesundheit des Immunsystems zu f\u00f6rdern. Die Posen sind oft tief und unbequem, und es wird angenommen, dass das Aufrechterhalten der Stille durch dieses Unbehagen die mentale Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit f\u00f6rdert. Es ist eine <strong>Praxis der Resilienz<\/strong> denn es kann eine Herausforderung sein, mit Unbehagen zu leben, ohne zu reagieren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Yin-Praxis hilft, die Yang-Aspekte des t\u00e4glichen Lebens auszugleichen. Stressful work environments, long working hours, high-intensity workouts and heavy training programs all build heat. I have had so many clients who work stressful jobs, squeeze a workout into their lunch break and then smash through a hot yoga class at the end of the day to \u2018wind-down\u2019. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;This isn\u2019t balance\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, it\u2019s just more of the same.
