Wenn wir uns in den kleinen Details verzetteln, verpassen wir oft den Blick f\u00fcr das gro\u00dfe Ganze. Als Trainerin werde ich immer wieder gefragt: \"Aber... ist das gesund?<\/span>\n<span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><\/span>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/>Manche Menschen machen Di\u00e4ten, bei denen sie die Kalorienzufuhr extrem einschr\u00e4nken, riesige Mengen an Eiwei\u00df essen oder eine Saftkur machen, w\u00e4hrend andere zwanghaft werden und bis zur Ersch\u00f6pfung \u00fcbertrainieren. Ist das gesund? Im Allgemeinen absolut nicht. Und dennoch, alle <strong>Zu oft wird uns gesagt, dass wir danach streben sollten.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Die Sache ist die, dass es im Bereich der Gesundheit eigentlich ganz einfach ist, wenn wir uns das Gesamtbild anschauen. <strong>Gesundheit hat in erster Linie mit unserer Umwelt zu tun<\/strong>, sowohl innerlich als auch \u00e4u\u00dferlich. Sind Ihre Hormone im Gleichgewicht? Essen Sie nahrhafte Lebensmittel? Essen Sie gedankenlos zu viel? Sind Sie jeden Tag aktiv? Schlafen Sie gut? Sind Ihre Knochen stark und Ihr K\u00f6rper beweglich? Sind Sie in einer positiven mentalen Verfassung? F\u00fchlen Sie sich in Ihrer Gemeinschaft verbunden und unterst\u00fctzt? Das ist Gesundheit.<br\/>\n<br\/>Indem Sie sich mit diesen umfassenderen Gesundheitskonzepten auseinandersetzen und sich von den Kleinigkeiten entfernen, werden Sie zu der gesunden Gestalt, die Sie sein sollen. Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) definiert Gesundheit als \u201ceinen Zustand des vollst\u00e4ndigen k\u00f6rperlichen, geistigen und sozialen Wohlbefindens und nicht nur des Freiseins von Krankheit oder Gebrechen\u201d. Vollst\u00e4ndiges Wohlbefinden. Das ist <strong>das ultimative Ziel einer gesunden Lebensweise.<\/strong> Das ist zwar nicht von heute auf morgen zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich, darauf hinzuarbeiten.<br\/>\n<br\/>In diesem Sinne lassen Sie uns Folgendes durchgehen <strong>9 Grundschichten<\/strong> die Sie jetzt in die Praxis umsetzen k\u00f6nnen, um auf wahre Gesundheit hinzuarbeiten.<br\/>\n<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><br\/><strong>K\u00f6rperliches Wohlbefinden<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Sei jeden Tag aktiv.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Machen Sie Bewegung zu einem festen Bestandteil Ihres Tages.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Mindestens 10.000 Schritte pro Tag und 2,5 Stunden m\u00e4\u00dfig intensive k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t pro Woche.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fchren Sie mindestens zweimal pro Woche ein Krafttraining durch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>2. Mobilit\u00e4t \u00fcben.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Die Beweglichkeit steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit unserer F\u00e4higkeit, uns \u00fcber den gesamten Bewegungsradius zu bewegen.<br\/>\n<ul>\n<li>Bewegen Sie sich mindestens 3 Mal pro Woche f\u00fcr 10-15 Minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Sie eine Gruppenumgebung bevorzugen, buchen Sie stattdessen einen Yoga- oder Stretch-Kurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br\/><strong>3. Is this healthy? Generally speaking, absolutely not. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being. And yet, all \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;too often it\u2019s what we are told we should aspire to.\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;The thing is that when it comes to health, if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture it\u2019s actually quite simple. \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;Health is primarily about our environment\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;, both internal and external. Are your hormones balanced? Are you eating nourishing food? Are you mindlessly over-eating? Are you active everyday? Do you sleep well? Are your bones strong and your body mobile? Are you in a positive mental space? Do you feel connected and supported in your community? This is health.\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;\\n\\u0026lt;br\/\\u0026gt;By addressing these broader health concepts, and moving away from the nitty-gritty, you will become the healthy shape you are meant to be.\u00a0The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d Complete well-being.
