Es wurde urspr\u00fcnglich um 1979 von den Kletterern Adam Grosowsky und Jeff Ellington im Yosemite Valley (USA) ins Leben gerufen. Die beiden Sportarten sind sich zwar sehr \u00e4hnlich, doch die moderne Version bietet eine v\u00f6llig neue Reihe von F\u00e4higkeiten und Techniken. Um Slacklining zu beherrschen, braucht man ein <strong>Kombination aus Gleichgewicht, Koordination und Konzentration<\/strong>. Im Gegensatz zum normalen Drahtseil oder Draht wird eine Slackline unter Spannung gehalten, aber sie ist nicht straff gespannt. Dadurch ist sie sehr dynamisch und bewegt sich, w\u00e4hrend man dar\u00fcber l\u00e4uft. Au\u00dferdem ist eine Slackline flach. Deshalb ist Slacklining <strong>viel einfacher zu lernen<\/strong> da der Fu\u00df nicht abrollt. Wie bei anderen Sportarten gibt es auch beim Slacklinen Wettbewerbe und es entwickelt sich sowohl als Sport als auch als Lebensform weiter.<br\/>\n<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>WARUM<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>1. Verbessert das Gleichgewicht<\/strong>\nGleichgewicht und Stabilit\u00e4t sind in allen Bereichen des Lebens wichtig und bei vielen Sportarten wie Klettern, Trailrunning oder Skifahren unerl\u00e4sslich. Verbessert die Kernkraft<\/strong>\nUm das Gleichgewicht zu halten, muss man beim Slacklinen ununterbrochen seinen Rumpf beanspruchen.
