Lycopinhaltige Obst- und Gem\u00fcsesorten sind: Tomaten, Radieschen, Erdbeeren, Rhabarber, Kirschen, usw.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Orange\/gelb:<\/strong> Diese durch Carotinoide hell gef\u00e4rbte Gruppe hat viel zu bieten. Die Farbe stammt von Beta-Carotin, einem Carotinoid, das zum Beispiel in Karotten, K\u00fcrbissen und S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln vorkommt. Unser K\u00f6rper wandelt Beta-Carotin in Vitamin A um, das zur Erhaltung gesunder Schleimh\u00e4ute und gesunder Augen beitr\u00e4gt. Orangen und Mais enthalten relativ viel von einem anderen Carotinoid namens Lutein. Lutein f\u00f6rdert ebenfalls die Gesundheit der Augen.
