Wenn Besucher unsere Produktion sehen, sind sie immer \u00fcberrascht. Auf PUMAs Seite sind etwa 20 bis 25 Personen beteiligt - von Design und Entwicklung \u00fcber Sportmarketing bis hin zur Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle. In der Fabrik arbeiten weitere 40 bis 50 Personen an jeder Linie, vom Zuschnitt bis zur Endkontrolle. Insgesamt sind \u00fcber 200 Menschen an der Herstellung eines einzigen Trikots beteiligt. Und dabei sind die unterst\u00fctzenden Teams, die sich um Compliance, Nachhaltigkeit oder Wasserrecycling k\u00fcmmern, noch gar nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt - ein ganzes Netzwerk, das Qualit\u00e4t, Verantwortung und Emotionen im Gleichgewicht h\u00e4lt.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Was macht f\u00fcr Sie pers\u00f6nlich ein Fu\u00dfballtrikot zu mehr als nur einem Kleidungsst\u00fcck?<\/span>Es geht nur um Emotionen. Ich bekomme immer noch G\u00e4nsehaut, wenn ich jemanden am Flughafen oder im Urlaub sehe, der ein PUMA-Trikot tr\u00e4gt, an dem wir mitgearbeitet haben. Wenn Menschen jubeln, leiden und etwas feiern, das wir mitgestaltet haben - dann wird aus Produktarbeit Leidenschaft.<br>Das ist es auch, was mein Team motiviert: Kinder, die zu Weihnachten ein Trikot auspacken, Fans, die f\u00fcr ein Trikot sparen, Vereine, die durch ihre Farben ausdr\u00fccken, wer sie sind. Diese Momente zeigen, was ein Trikot wirklich bedeutet - Identit\u00e4t, Stolz und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie bringen Sie Material, Technologie, Design und Funktion in Einklang?<br><\/span>Es ist diese magische Verbindung - alles wirkt zusammen. F\u00fcr Sportler ist jedes Gramm und jedes Detail wichtig: Das Trikot sollte sich wie eine zweite Haut anf\u00fchlen, den Schwei\u00df ableiten und niemals ablenken. F\u00fcr Fans geht es um Qualit\u00e4t und Haptik - sie wollen Textur, etwas Greifbares, ein Wappen, das heraussticht.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie viel Innovation steckt heute in einem Trikot?<br><\/span>Sehr viel. Wir haben ein eigenes Innovationsteam, das in mehreren Sportarten t\u00e4tig ist. Eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Errungenschaften war unser gewebtes Fu\u00dfballtrikot - das erste seiner Art. Es ist leichter und atmungsaktiver. Wir verwenden auch neue Drucktechniken, die die Farben haltbarer machen, und unser RE:FIBRE-Projekt erm\u00f6glicht vollst\u00e4ndig recycelbare Textilien.<br>Die Entwicklung eines modernen Trikots dauert etwa zwei bis zweieinhalb Jahre und vereint Design, Technik und Nachhaltigkeit.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Was war die gr\u00f6\u00dfte technische Herausforderung bei RE:FIBRE?<br><\/span>Das Verfahren selbst ist nicht das Problem - das Recycling von Textilien zu Textilien funktioniert technisch sehr gut. Die eigentliche Herausforderung bestand darin, es in einen industriellen Ma\u00dfstab zu bringen. Wir mussten sicherstellen, dass das System skalierbar ist und dass gen\u00fcgend recycelbare Materialien zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Zu Beginn war die Verunreinigung durch Polyester ein gro\u00dfes Problem: Wenn ein Trikot Aufn\u00e4her, Aufdrucke oder Fasermischungen enth\u00e4lt, wird der Recyclingprozess viel komplexer. Das haben wir jetzt weitgehend gel\u00f6st, aber die Beschaffung von gen\u00fcgend Rohstoffen war eine Herausforderung. Deshalb wollen wir die Verbraucher st\u00e4rker einbeziehen. Sie k\u00f6nnen PUMAs RE:FIBRE-Programm jetzt unterst\u00fctzen, indem sie Kleidungsst\u00fccke, die zu 95 Prozent oder mehr aus Polyester bestehen, an den R\u00fccknahmestellen in ausgew\u00e4hlten PUMA-Stores abgeben. Ab 2024 werden diese R\u00fccknahmeprogramme in Australien, China, Deutschland, Frankreich, Indien, der Schweiz und den USA aktiv sein und uns helfen, gebrauchte Kleidung in neue PUMA-Produkte zu verwandeln.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Was sind die logistischen H\u00fcrden beim Textilrecycling?<br><\/span>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung ist das Ausgangsmaterial - das Rohmaterial, das wir recyceln k\u00f6nnen. Es geht darum, gen\u00fcgend ausrangierte Textilien, Restst\u00fccke oder Altprodukte zu finden. Der internationale Handel mit Textilabf\u00e4llen ist stark reglementiert; in vielen L\u00e4ndern ist der Import oder Export von Polyesterabf\u00e4llen beschr\u00e4nkt, was die Lieferkette erschwert. Und auch die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit ist ein gro\u00dfes Thema - bei Textilien ist es schwieriger als bei recycelten PET-Flaschen, genau zu wissen, woher das jeweilige Material stammt.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie schneidet RE:FIBRE im Vergleich zu recyceltem Flaschenpolyester ab?<br><\/span>Chemisch gesehen ist recyceltes Textilmaterial absolut identisch mit sogenanntem Virgin-Polyester - und das ist ein gro\u00dfer Fortschritt. Wir k\u00f6nnen alte Textilien in neue Fasern verwandeln, ohne dass es zu einem Qualit\u00e4tsverlust kommt. Das unterscheidet RE:FIBRE von klassischem Polyester auf Flaschenbasis, bei dem sich das Material mit jedem Zyklus etwas verschlechtert. Das Ziel ist ein vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossener Kreislauf - aus alten Trikots werden neue mit derselben Leistung, Farbechtheit und demselben Tragegef\u00fchl.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie weit sind Sie mit der Umsetzung - und was h\u00e4lt Sie zur\u00fcck?<br><\/span>Wir sind schon ziemlich weit. In diesem Jahr haben wir unser RE:FIBRE-Programm aufgestockt und Millionen von nachgemachten Fu\u00dfballtrikots hergestellt - fast alle unsere Trikotnachbildungen f\u00fcr Vereine und Nationalmannschaften. Was uns noch bremst, sind zwei Faktoren: Kosten und Verf\u00fcgbarkeit. Textil-zu-Textil-Recycling ist immer noch teurer als Polyester auf Flaschenbasis, und das Angebot an geeignetem Material ist begrenzt. Wir arbeiten daran, den Zugang zu den Ressourcen zu verbessern und das System weltweit zu verbreiten. Aber unser langfristiges Ziel ist klar: Wir wollen den Kreislauf schlie\u00dfen - von der Produktion bis zum Recycling und zur Wiederverwendung.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row two columns -->\n<div class=\"row rowTwoColumns spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie wichtig ist bei all dem die Nachhaltigkeit?<br><\/span>Das ist ein zentraler Punkt. Im Jahr 2019 haben wir unsere 10FOR25-Nachhaltigkeitsziele festgelegt. Jetzt, wo wir uns dem Ende des Jahres 2025 n\u00e4hern, sind viele dieser Ziele auf dem richtigen Weg oder wurden bereits vorzeitig erreicht. Aber gerade im Fu\u00dfball, wo Millionen von Fans unsere Produkte tragen, k\u00f6nnen wir wirklich etwas bewirken. Unser Ziel ist ein geschlossener Kreislauf: Materialien, die vollst\u00e4ndig wiederverwendet und recycelt werden k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Erforschen Sie auch alternative Fasern?<br><\/span>Ganz genau. Wir testen viele Optionen - Naturfasern, Textilabf\u00e4lle, neue Mischungen. Das Wichtigste ist, dass die \u00f6kologischen Auswirkungen wirklich positiv sind. Manche Materialien klingen toll, verbrauchen aber zu viel Energie oder Wasser. In diesen F\u00e4llen m\u00fcssen wir ehrlich sein und Nein sagen. Wenn man jede Woche in der Fabrik ist und sieht, wie viele tolle Produkte wir herstellen, m\u00f6chte man gleichzeitig die Auswirkungen minimieren. Deshalb ist RE:FIBRE mehr als ein Projekt - es ist eine Verpflichtung. Wir k\u00fcmmern uns um unseren eigenen Abfall und verwandeln ihn in etwas Neues.<br>Und wir wissen, dass wir es nicht allein schaffen k\u00f6nnen. Wir k\u00f6nnen die Branche nicht allein ver\u00e4ndern. Wir m\u00fcssen zusammenarbeiten - mit Herstellern, mit anderen Marken, sogar au\u00dferhalb des Sports. Es geht nicht um Wettbewerb, es geht um Verantwortung. Wenn man sich mit Leuten aus anderen Branchen an einen Tisch setzt und erkennt, dass alle das gleiche Ziel verfolgen, geht es nicht mehr nur um Marktanteile. Es geht dann darum, das Richtige zu tun. The real challenge was bringing it to an industrial scale. We had to ensure the system could be scaled and that enough recyclable materials were available. In the beginning, polyester contamination was a big issue: when a jersey includes badges, prints, or fiber blends, the recycling process becomes much more complex. We\\u0026rsquo;ve largely solved that now, but sourcing enough feedstock has been a challenge. That\\u0026rsquo;s why we want to involve consumers more \\u0026ndash; they can now support PUMA\\u0026rsquo;s RE:FIBRE programme by donating garments made of 95 percent polyester or more at take-back bins available in select PUMA stores. As of 2024, these take-back programmes are active in Australia, China, Germany, France, India, Switzerland, and the United States \\u0026ndash; helping us turn pre-loved clothing into new PUMA products.\\u0026nbsp;\",\"contentRight\":\"\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;What are the logistical hurdles in textile recycling?\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/span\\u0026gt;The biggest challenge is the feedstock \\u0026ndash; the raw material we can recycle. It\\u0026rsquo;s about finding enough discarded textiles, offcuts, or end-of-life products. The international trade in textile waste is highly regulated; in many countries, importing or exporting polyester waste is restricted, which complicates the supply chain. But, especially in football, where millions of fans wear our products, we can have real impact. Some materials sound great but use too much energy or water. In those cases, we have to be honest and say no.
