Kurz gesagt: Lassen Sie Ihre Tr\u00e4ume wahr werden! Bereits 1873 entdeckte der englische Arzt William Benjamin Carpenter, dass die intensive Vorstellung einer Bewegung, ohne sie tats\u00e4chlich auszuf\u00fchren, zu einer Anspannung der betroffenen Muskeln f\u00fchrt. Es ist erwiesen, dass das Vorstellen von motorischen F\u00e4higkeiten Feedback-Mechanismen ausl\u00f6st. Diese Mechanismen helfen vielen Spitzensportlern, ihre Leistungen zu verbessern.<br\/>\n<br\/>Lassen Sie uns ein (fiktives) Bild malen: Usain Bolt steht an der Startlinie. Er stellt sich seine genauen Bewegungen vor, bevor er losl\u00e4uft. Er stellt sich die Position seiner Knie vor, malt sich den Abstand zwischen seinen Armen und Beinen aus und sp\u00fcrt seine Finger auf der Aschenbahn. Er \u00fcberlegt, was sich zuerst bewegt? Arme oder Beine? Oder das Laufen selbst - er denkt an die Schrittfrequenz, die L\u00e4nge des Laufs, die Geschwindigkeit und so weiter.<br\/>\n<br\/>Unterm Strich: Wenn Sie sich alle Schritte genau vorstellen, k\u00f6nnen Sie besser werden.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>USP:<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Perfekt f\u00fcr die Homer Simpsons unter uns. War nur ein Scherz. Eigentlich ist es perfekt f\u00fcr alle, die bestimmte Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe verbessern wollen. Um zu sehen, ob es funktioniert, m\u00fcssen Sie es nat\u00fcrlich anschlie\u00dfend ausf\u00fchren. Probieren Sie es aus! Vielleicht kannst du der Sportler werden, der du schon immer sein wolltest. Lassen Sie sich \u00fcberraschen! Die Macht der Gedanken ist nicht von dieser Welt.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Warum?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Damit k\u00f6nntest du der n\u00e4chste Usain werden.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Wie?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Es geht nicht darum, dass man sich vorstellt, wie man schneller l\u00e4uft. Es geht darum, sich vorzustellen, was man in der Realit\u00e4t tun w\u00fcrde, um das zu erreichen. Und, viel wichtiger: es zu f\u00fchlen. Zum ideomotorischen Training geh\u00f6rt die innere Perspektive eines zu visualisierenden Handlungsablaufs. Das bedeutet, die Ausf\u00fchrung zu sp\u00fcren, um die Bewegungen nachzuahmen - mit m\u00f6glichst vielen Sinnen. Zum Beispiel sollte man versuchen, Kr\u00e4fte, Druck, Spannung und Entspannung zu sp\u00fcren und wahrzunehmen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Spa\u00dffakt: <\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Diese Methode ist eine Universalwaffe - sie funktioniert auch bei Pr\u00fcfungen, Verhandlungen, \u00f6ffentlichen Auftritten, Pr\u00e4sentationen und so weiter.
