Es bedeutet, dass wir anfangen, anders dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, wie Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit und F\u00fcrsorge aussehen, zu Hause, in der Schule und am Arbeitsplatz.\u00a0<\/span><br><span class=\"textStyle_intro\">Aber mit der zunehmenden Sichtbarkeit kommt auch der weit verbreitete Irrtum, dass Verb\u00fcndetheit eine einmalige Geste ist. Ein Hashtag oder ein Regenbogenaufkleber. Ein LinkedIn-Post w\u00e4hrend des Pride Month. In Wirklichkeit ist die Verb\u00fcndetenschaft eher eine Praxis. Im Kern geht es darum, sich daf\u00fcr zu entscheiden, sich zu zeigen. Und zwar nicht nur dann, wenn es gerade passt oder bequem ist, sondern mit Best\u00e4ndigkeit. Und wenn Verb\u00fcndetensein Teil des t\u00e4glichen Rhythmus eines Arbeitsplatzes wird, profitieren alle davon.<\/span><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Warum Verb\u00fcndete ein kollektiver Gewinn sind<\/h2><\/span><strong>F\u00fcr LGBTQ+-Kollegen kann es einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied machen, sichtbare und zuverl\u00e4ssige Verb\u00fcndete am Arbeitsplatz zu haben. Es unterst\u00fctzt die psychische Gesundheit, f\u00f6rdert die Authentizit\u00e4t und schafft ein Gef\u00fchl der Sicherheit, das es den Menschen erm\u00f6glicht, sich voll und ganz in den Raum einzubringen.<\/strong> Diese Art von Sicherheit ist nicht nur ein \u201cnice to have\u201d... sie ist nicht verhandelbar.\u00a0<br><br><strong>Psychologische Sicherheit, das Gef\u00fchl, dass es in Ordnung ist, seine Meinung zu sagen, Risiken einzugehen und gesehen zu werden, ist ein wichtiger Pr\u00e4diktor f\u00fcr eine starke Teamleistung.<\/strong>. Menschen, die sich sicher f\u00fchlen, sind eher bereit, Ideen auszutauschen, offen zusammenzuarbeiten, sich zu engagieren und kreativ zu beteiligen. <strong>Und Verb\u00fcndetheit hat Auswirkungen auf andere. Untersuchungen zeigen, dass integrative Arbeitspl\u00e4tze eine h\u00f6here Mitarbeiterbindung, ein st\u00e4rkeres Vertrauen und mehr Innovation aufweisen.<\/strong> Teams erbringen nicht nur bessere Leistungen - sie werden auch zu besseren Orten der Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Es sind die kleinen Dinge<\/h2><\/span><strong>Manche Menschen z\u00f6gern, sich als Verb\u00fcndete zu bezeichnen, weil sie bef\u00fcrchten, es \u201cfalsch\u201d zu machen. Beim Allyship-Training geht es um mehr als um Terminologie oder Politik. Es ist ein proaktiver Weg, um unsere Empathie-Muskeln zu st\u00e4rken. <strong>Es tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen zu sch\u00e4rfen, mit denen LGBTQ+-Kollegen konfrontiert sein k\u00f6nnen, von Mikroaggressionen bis hin zu dem Gef\u00fchl, \u201cder Einzige\u201d im Raum zu sein.\u00a0<\/strong><br><br><br>Und das gilt nicht nur f\u00fcr Verb\u00fcndete. <strong>Diese Sitzungen k\u00f6nnen auch f\u00fcr LGBTQ+-Personen erholsam sein, vor allem wenn sie sehen, dass andere wirklich in Verst\u00e4ndnis und F\u00fcrsorge investieren.<\/strong> Die Ausbildung vermittelt eine Botschaft: \u201cIhre Erfahrung ist wichtig, und wir machen das gemeinsam.\u201d<br><br><\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><span class=\"textStyle_intro\"><h2>Seien Sie Teil des Wandels<\/h2><\/span><strong>Wenn Sie sich fragen, wo Sie anfangen sollen, sind Sie nicht allein.<\/strong> In einer Welt, in der sich die Sprache und die Normen st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickeln, <strong>allyship kann sich ein wenig entmutigend anf\u00fchlen. Wenn wir uns daf\u00fcr entscheiden, f\u00fcreinander da zu sein, schaffen wir etwas, das st\u00e4rker ist als Richtlinien oder Verfahren. Wir schaffen ein Gef\u00fchl der Gemeinschaft.
