Sie bedeutet, dass Resilienz nichts Feststehendes ist, sondern eine Reihe von Verhaltensweisen, Gedanken und Handlungen, die mit der Zeit erlernt, entwickelt und gest\u00e4rkt werden k\u00f6nnen. Im Kern ist Resilienz die F\u00e4higkeit, auf Widrigkeiten zu reagieren und sich davon zu erholen (denken Sie an Stress, R\u00fcckschl\u00e4ge und emotionale Schwierigkeiten). Es geht nicht darum, Schwierigkeiten zu vermeiden oder \u201cschlechte Gef\u00fchle\u201d g\u00e4nzlich zu eliminieren, sondern vielmehr darum, herausfordernde Situationen mit Bewusstsein und Flexibilit\u00e4t zu meistern.<br><br><strong>Mit anderen Worten: Elastizit\u00e4t ist die F\u00e4higkeit, sich zu biegen, ohne zu brechen.<\/strong><br><br>Wenn Menschen emotional belastbar sind, umgehen sie schwierige Emotionen nicht, sondern stellen sich ihnen, verarbeiten sie und machen weiter. Sie sind auch eher bereit, sich Hilfe zu holen, in Kontakt zu bleiben und auf (interne und externe) Ressourcen zur\u00fcckzugreifen, wenn sie sie am meisten brauchen.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_2b\" ><h2>S\u00e4ulen der emotionalen Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit<\/h2>Die emotionale Belastbarkeit l\u00e4sst sich nicht \u00fcber Nacht aufbauen. Um diese F\u00e4higkeit zu trainieren, ist es hilfreich, sie in einige ihrer Kernelemente zu zerlegen. Dies sind einige der S\u00e4ulen, die das Fundament des emotionalen Wohlbefindens bilden und durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcbung gef\u00f6rdert werden k\u00f6nnen:\u00a0<br><h3><strong>1. Selbst-Bewusstsein<\/strong><\/h3>Der erste Schritt zum Aufbau von Resilienz ist das Verstehen der eigenen Gef\u00fchle, Ausl\u00f6ser und Muster. Resiliente Menschen verstehen, dass Leiden ein Teil des Lebens ist. Bei einer resilienten Einstellung geht es nicht darum, immer positiv oder zwanghaft optimistisch zu sein, sondern darum, offen zu sein. Wenn wir Herausforderungen mit Neugier statt mit Verurteilung begegnen, geben wir uns selbst Raum zum Wachsen. Diese Art von geistiger Flexibilit\u00e4t hilft uns, uns anzupassen, unsere Erwartungen zu korrigieren und Schwierigkeiten mit Anmut zu meistern.<br><br><h3><strong>5. Bedeutungsgebung<ol start=\"5\"><\/ol><\/strong><\/h3>Resilienz entsteht nicht dadurch, dass man sich immer hoffnungsvoll f\u00fchlt - oft w\u00e4chst sie dadurch, dass man selbst inmitten von Schwierigkeiten einen Sinn findet. F\u00fcr manche bedeutet das vielleicht, sich mit pers\u00f6nlichen Werten zu verbinden, anderen zu helfen oder sich einfach auf den n\u00e4chsten kleinen Schritt zu konzentrieren. Optimismus kann zwar unterst\u00fctzend wirken, aber es ist in Ordnung, wenn er nicht leicht f\u00e4llt.
