Was war Ihr pers\u00f6nliches Highlight in diesem Jahr?\u00a0<\/span><b>Mondo:<\/b> 2024 war f\u00fcr mich ein Jahr der Tr\u00e4ume. Ich habe so ziemlich alle wichtigen Dinge erreicht, die ich jemals erreichen wollte. Aber nat\u00fcrlich kann man die Olympischen Spiele nicht schlagen. F\u00fcr einen Stabhochspringer sind sie der H\u00f6hepunkt unseres Sports, und sie finden nur alle vier Jahre statt. Der Fokus gibt das Ziel vor, wohin man gehen will. Wie Sie schon sagten: Erfolg ist nie eine gerade Linie, und Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit ist wichtig. Es gibt H\u00f6hen und Tiefen, und man muss sich immer wieder aufrappeln. Wenn man nicht mit Leidenschaft bei der Sache ist, hat man auch nicht die Energie, jedes Mal wieder aufzustehen.\u00a0<br><br><strong>Mondo: <\/strong>100%. Es gibt viele Leute, die sehr talentiert sind, aber was dich von anderen unterscheidet, sind Best\u00e4ndigkeit, Ausdauer und Entschlossenheit. Was auch immer gestern passiert ist, war entweder gro\u00dfartig oder schlecht, aber das Einzige, was z\u00e4hlt, ist das, was jetzt gerade passiert. Man muss geistig im Moment leben.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\"><em>Arne, 2024 war ein sehr schwieriges Jahr f\u00fcr die Branche. Hatten Sie jemals Zweifel daran, dass Ihre Strategie die richtige ist? Und wie haben Sie sich und Ihr Team motiviert?\u00a0<\/em><br><\/span><br><b>Arne:<\/b> Ich habe nie an unserer Strategie der Markenerh\u00f6hung gezweifelt, weil ich wei\u00df, dass wir in M\u00e4rkten, in denen PUMA eine st\u00e4rkere Marke ist, mehr Marktanteile haben als in schw\u00e4cheren M\u00e4rkten. Wir haben die Beweispunkte f\u00fcr diese Strategie. Zuversicht hilft einem immer in einem schwierigen Jahr. Einige Dinge haben sich im Jahr 2024 nicht so entwickelt, wie wir es erwartet hatten, aber was im Jahr 2024 wichtig war, war, dass wir uns auf das Kontrollierbare, auf unsere Strategie konzentriert haben. Aber wenn man dann in dieser Situation ist, passt man sich an und es wird zur neuen Normalit\u00e4t. Ich wei\u00df, wozu ich f\u00e4hig bin, und ich kann noch einiges mehr erreichen. Wir wissen, dass es einen direkten Zusammenhang zwischen der Energie und der Geschwindigkeit, die man auf der Anlaufbahn hat, und der H\u00f6he, die man springen kann, gibt. Es war von Anfang an ein perfektes Match mit PUMA, weil wir wussten, wie gut ihr Konzept und euer Verst\u00e4ndnis von Geschwindigkeit ist. Wir wollten eine Art Mischung aus einem Sprint-Spike und einem Stabhochsprung-Spike machen. Ich denke, wir haben diesen (Spike) gefunden und versuchen weiterhin, ihn zu verbessern und immer besser zu werden.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Sie sind sehr viel leichter und aggressiver in der Zehenfederung als das, was man vor Jahren bei Stabhochsprung-Spikes gesehen hat. Ich denke, das ist sicherlich ein wichtiger Teil des Marketings, aber die Erkenntnisse, die wir aus dem Blickwinkel der Innovation gewinnen, sind noch wichtiger. It had so many great sport moments in store for us. First attempt, second attempt, and then, we saw you making the impossible possible. Some things did not play out in 2024 as we had anticipated, but what was important in 2024 was that we focused on the controllables, on our strategy. We know that there is a direct correlation of the energy and the speed that you have on the runway and how high you can jump. It was such a perfect match with PUMA from the beginning, because we knew how good of a concept and grasp you had on speed. We wanted to make some kind of mix between a sprint spike and a pole vaulting spike. I think we\\u0026rsquo;ve kind of come to this (spike) and we\\u0026rsquo;re continuing to try to improve and get better and better.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;They are very much lighter and more aggressive with the toe spring than what you used to see years ago in a pole vaulting spike. I think that\\u0026rsquo;s what helps me and allows me to get up to the speeds that I want to create to be able to jump stuff like a world record.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;span class=\\u0026quot;interviewq\\u0026quot;\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;em\\u0026gt;Arne, sports performance is an important pillar in our brand elevation strategy. I think that is for sure an important marketing piece, but the learnings we take from an innovation angle are even more important. Some things did not play out in 2024 as we had anticipated, but what was important in 2024 was that we focused on the controllables, on our strategy. We know that there is a direct correlation of the energy and the speed that you have on the runway and how high you can jump. It was such a perfect match with PUMA from the beginning, because we knew how good of a concept and grasp you had on speed. We wanted to make some kind of mix between a sprint spike and a pole vaulting spike. I think we\\u0026rsquo;ve kind of come to this (spike) and we\\u0026rsquo;re continuing to try to improve and get better and better.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;They are very much lighter and more aggressive with the toe spring than what you used to see years ago in a pole vaulting spike.
