Ich wei\u00df, dass einige Leute denken, dass Equal Pay bedeutet, dass alle Unternehmen in einer Region oder Branche das Gleiche zahlen, aber das ist nicht der Fall. Nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fchren wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Lohn-Benchmarks durch, um eine wettbewerbsf\u00e4hige Bezahlung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dies umfasst <strong>regelm\u00e4\u00dfig<\/strong> <strong>j\u00e4hrliche Lohnaudits<\/strong>, und Ziele f\u00fcr <strong>Schlie\u00dfung festgestellter Lohnunterschiede<\/strong> so schnell wie m\u00f6glich. Die Roadmap soll sicherstellen, dass PUMA seine Ziele zur Lohngleichheit erreicht <strong>bis sp\u00e4testens 2030<\/strong>, und zeigt damit das Engagement des Unternehmens f\u00fcr Fairness und Gleichberechtigung.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div ><span class=\"interviewq\">Gibt es messbare Erfolge und Benchmarks, die zeigen, wie PUMA im Vergleich zu anderen Unternehmen abschneidet?<\/span>Dietmar: J\u00fcngste interne Audits haben gezeigt, dass\u00a0<strong>f\u00fcr mindestens 75% unserer weltweiten PUMA-Bev\u00f6lkerung ist das geschlechtsspezifische Lohngef\u00e4lle bereits geschlossen worden<\/strong>, Dies spiegelt die Wirksamkeit unserer Initiativen und unser Engagement f\u00fcr kontinuierliche Verbesserungen wider. F\u00fcr die verbleibenden 25% sind wir dabei, die Daten zu sammeln (was nicht immer einfach ist, insbesondere in Hochinflationsl\u00e4ndern). Aber<strong>\u00a0Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass wir nicht mehr weit davon entfernt sind, die L\u00fccke bald zu schlie\u00dfen.\u00a0<\/strong>PUMA vergleicht seine Bem\u00fchungen um Lohngleichheit mit Branchenstandards und Best Practices und wird dabei von FPI unterst\u00fctzt. Seit ich vor 10 Jahren zu PUMA gekommen bin, habe ich dieses Engagement immer wieder erlebt.\u00a0<strong>Im Jahr 2022 haben wir begonnen, uns um externe Zertifizierungen zu bem\u00fchen<\/strong>\u00a0um unsere Bem\u00fchungen zu validieren, wobei wir in Deutschland mit einer Analyse unserer internen Verg\u00fctungsstrukturen begannen. Die Ergebnisse best\u00e4tigten, dass unsere Verg\u00fctung bereits geschlechtsneutral ist und keine Korrekturma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich sind, sondern lediglich die bestehenden Grunds\u00e4tze weiter gest\u00e4rkt werden m\u00fcssen. Dies war das Ergebnis,\u00a0<strong>Deutschland ist die erste PUMA-Tochtergesellschaft, die vom FPI zertifiziert wurde<\/strong>.<br><br>Seitdem haben weitere PUMA-Tochtergesellschaften offizielle externe Evaluierungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen, die best\u00e4tigen, dass es keine geschlechtsspezifischen Lohnunterschiede gibt. Dies ist ein\u00a0<strong>laufender Prozess<\/strong>, und wir erkennen an, dass es eine\u00a0<strong>immer Raum f\u00fcr Verbesserungen<\/strong>. Wir bleiben auf diesem Weg und weiten unsere Analyse- und Zertifizierungsbem\u00fchungen kontinuierlich auf weitere PUMA-Tochtergesellschaften aus.<\/div>\n   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!-- row text single -->\n<div class=\"gradientnone\">\n<div class=\"row rowSingleColumnWide spacing\">\n    <div class=\"col articleText\">\n        <div class=\"textStyle_quote\" >Erstens glaube ich, dass jeder die Freiheit hat, jeden Beruf auszu\u00fcben, den er m\u00f6chte, und dass er mit gen\u00fcgend Anstrengung jede angestrebte berufliche Position erreichen kann. Es gibt keine \u2018M\u00e4nner-\u2019 oder \u2018Frauenberufe\u2019. Die Gesellschaft neigt zwar immer noch dazu, bestimmte Rollen als eher f\u00fcr ein Geschlecht geeignet zu bezeichnen, aber das hat diejenigen, die wirklich an sich selbst glauben, nie aufgehalten. Ein bekanntes Beispiel ist Marie Sk\u0142odowska Curie, die erste Person, die zwei Nobelpreise in verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Bereichen erhielt. Zu ihrer Zeit war der Gedanke an eine \u2018Frau in der Wissenschaft\u2019 f\u00fcr den Gro\u00dfteil der Gesellschaft ungew\u00f6hnlich.<br>F\u00fcr mich hat Lohngerechtigkeit zwei Schl\u00fcsselelemente: 1) die T\u00e4tigkeit selbst und ihre Anforderungen - das \u2018Was\u2019 - und 2) die Wirkung und der positive Unterschied, den ich durch diese T\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr das Unternehmen bringe - das \u2018Wie\u2019. K\u00f6nnen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber den Prozess dahinter erz\u00e4hlen?<\/span>Alicia: Aufgrund von\u00a0<strong>lokale Vorschriften<\/strong>\u00a0in den USA und Kanada f\u00fchrt PUMA North America seit Jahren\u00a0<strong>Lohnpr\u00fcfungen seit \u00fcber 10 Jahren<\/strong>.  Die Gehaltsdaten werden mindestens einmal im Jahr analysiert. Auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse werden Abweichungen in den meisten F\u00e4llen im Rahmen des Talentmanagement-Zyklus behoben. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der globalen P&amp;O-Gemeinschaft ein\u00a0<strong>Analysetool zur Modellierung von Gehaltsdaten<\/strong>\u00a0um Einblicke in die Entgeltgleichheit bei PUMA zu gewinnen und so eine weltweite Abstimmung und ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis sicherzustellen. Die Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften in Verbindung mit einem globalen Blick auf die Entgeltgleichheit erm\u00f6glichte es uns, gut vorbereitet zu sein und unsere Daten vertrauensvoll an die FPI zu \u00fcbermitteln. Nordamerika ist seit <strong>Strategische Ausrichtung auf Lohntransparenz<\/strong> mit dem Ziel, mehr Menschen in die <strong>Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter<\/strong> \u00fcber die Strukturen und Praktiken, die eine faire und gerechte Entlohnung gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Anerkennung durch das FPI hat dazu beigetragen, unsere harte Arbeit und unser Engagement f\u00fcr Lohngleichheit als Unternehmen zu w\u00fcrdigen.
