Wir haben unser fr\u00fcheres wissenschaftlich fundiertes Ziel sieben Jahre fr\u00fcher als geplant erreicht und unsere Treibhausgasemissionen im Jahr 2023 (marktbasiert) um 24% im Vergleich zu 2022 gesenkt. Unsere Bem\u00fchungen um Dekarbonisierung und Klimatransparenz wurden auch vom Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) im Jahr 2023 hoch eingestuft, gefolgt von Fashion Revolution und Financial Times im Jahr 2024.\u00a0<br><br>Bis 2030 werden wir weiterhin 100% Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien in unseren eigenen Betrieben nutzen und arbeiten eng mit unseren Kernwerken zusammen, um deren Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien zu erh\u00f6hen. Bis 2030 planen wir, die direkten (Scope 1) und indirekten (Scope 2) Emissionen um 90% gegen\u00fcber dem Basisjahr 2017 zu senken und die Emissionen von Lieferanten und Logistik (Scope 3) um 33% zu reduzieren.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br><h2>ZIRKULARIT\u00c4T\u00a0<\/h2>Das Thema Kreislaufwirtschaft steht auch 2030 ganz oben auf der Agenda, einschlie\u00dflich der Ziele, mehr kreislauforientierte Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle einzuf\u00fchren und die Wiederver\u00e4u\u00dferung und Reparatur in ausgew\u00e4hlten M\u00e4rkten einzuf\u00fchren. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die Abfallreduzierung. Wir wollen mit anderen Unternehmen der Branche zusammenarbeiten, um Wege zur Wiederverwertung von Materialabf\u00e4llen zu finden, einschlie\u00dflich Sortier- und Recyclingl\u00f6sungen.   Aufbauend auf unserem Erfolg und unserer Dynamik mit RE:FIBRE, umfassen einige unserer neuen Materialziele f\u00fcr 2030 die Verwendung von 100% recyceltem Polyestergewebe, 30% Faser-zu-Faser recyceltem Polyestergewebe und 20% recyceltem Baumwollgewebe f\u00fcr Bekleidung. We reached our previous science-based target seven years ahead of schedule and reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 24% in 2023 (market based) compared to 2022. Our decarbonization and climate transparency efforts were also highly ranked by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, followed by Fashion Revolution and Financial Times in 2024.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Towards 2030, we will continue to use 100% renewable electricity in our own operations and are working closely with our core factories to increase their use of renewable energy. By 2030, we plan to cut direct (scope 1) emissions and indirect (scope 2) emissions by 90% from a 2017 baseline year and reduce supplier and logistics (scope 3) emissions by 33%.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;CIRCULARITY\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;Circularity remains high on the agenda for 2030, including targets to enter more circular business models and introduce re-sell and repair in selected markets. Waste reduction is another key focus area, with targets to collaborate with others in the industry to establish ways to recycle material waste including sorting and recycling solutions. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Building on our success and momentum with RE:FIBRE, some of our new material targets for 2030 include using 100% recycled polyester fabric, 30% fibre-to-fibre recycled polyester fabric and 20% recycled cotton fabric for apparel. We will continue to scale up textile-to-textile recycling, after earlier this year, we were able produce millions of replica football jerseys primarily from recycled textile waste. We also plan to continue researching and investing in next-generation material options with a focus on footwear\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;HUMAN RIGHTS\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;With our Human Rights targets we want to do better for our own people and the people in our supply chain. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Some of our targets for 2030 for our own employees include closing the gender pay gap in all countries and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects. We reached our previous science-based target seven years ahead of schedule and reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 24% in 2023 (market based) compared to 2022. Our decarbonization and climate transparency efforts were also highly ranked by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, followed by Fashion Revolution and Financial Times in 2024.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;Towards 2030, we will continue to use 100% renewable electricity in our own operations and are working closely with our core factories to increase their use of renewable energy. By 2030, we plan to cut direct (scope 1) emissions and indirect (scope 2) emissions by 90% from a 2017 baseline year and reduce supplier and logistics (scope 3) emissions by 33%.\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;CIRCULARITY\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;Circularity remains high on the agenda for 2030, including targets to enter more circular business models and introduce re-sell and repair in selected markets. Waste reduction is another key focus area, with targets to collaborate with others in the industry to establish ways to recycle material waste including sorting and recycling solutions. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Building on our success and momentum with RE:FIBRE, some of our new material targets for 2030 include using 100% recycled polyester fabric, 30% fibre-to-fibre recycled polyester fabric and 20% recycled cotton fabric for apparel. We will continue to scale up textile-to-textile recycling, after earlier this year, we were able produce millions of replica football jerseys primarily from recycled textile waste. We also plan to continue researching and investing in next-generation material options with a focus on footwear\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;h2\\u0026gt;HUMAN RIGHTS\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;\\u0026lt;br\\u0026gt;\\u0026lt;\/h2\\u0026gt;With our Human Rights targets we want to do better for our own people and the people in our supply chain. \\u0026nbsp;\\u0026nbsp;Some of our targets for 2030 for our own employees include closing the gender pay gap in all countries and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects.
