Manchmal ist es schon unangenehm, an das enge und frierende Sportoutfit zu denken, wenn man gerade seinen warmen Schlafanzug genie\u00dft. Wir wollen all diese Ausreden eliminieren. Ich denke auch, dass das Selbstvertrauen f\u00fcr den Sommer im Winter geschaffen wird! Wir sind reif genug, um zu wissen, dass man seine pers\u00f6nliche Bestleistung nicht \u00fcber Nacht aufbaut... oder im Juni. \ud83d\ude0a F\u00fcr manche Menschen funktioniert es, eine Saison zu haben und eine nicht, aber ich bin ein Fan davon, das ganze Jahr \u00fcber in Form zu bleiben. Das begrenzt auch den Arbeitsaufwand, den man im Fr\u00fchjahr betreiben muss. Arbeiten Sie klug... und ein bisschen hart.<br><br>Ich empfehle auch, sich mit w\u00e4rmenden Lebensmitteln zu versorgen. Ich bevorzuge im Winter eher gem\u00fctliche Mahlzeiten: warme Haferflocken, Gem\u00fcsesuppen, Eint\u00f6pfe mit Fleisch und auf jeden Fall immer einen hei\u00dfen Ingwertee! Das bedeutet, dass ich gerne Bio-Zutaten kaufe, mich auf hochwertige Fette, Kohlenhydrate und Fleisch konzentriere und das meiste von Grund auf selbst koche. Der einzige Unterschied im Winter ist die Temperatur meiner Mahlzeiten. Ich versuche, so oft wie m\u00f6glich warm zu essen, was bedeutet, dass ich eine Zeit lang auf Rohkostsalate und kalte Smoothies verzichten werde. Meine Lieblingsrezepte sind meine warmen Apfelkuchen-Haferflocken von Naturally Pam und Dads selbst gekochte Rindfleischsuppe mit frischem Wurzelgem\u00fcse darin.<br><br><br><span class=\"interviewq\">Wie bewahren Sie sich eine positive Einstellung und geistige Gesundheit w\u00e4hrend der dunklen, k\u00e4lteren Tage?<\/span><strong>Pamela \u00a0<\/strong>Ich schreibe eine Liste mit Dingen, die mir Freude bereiten, und beziehe mich auf diese Tricks, wenn ich einen tr\u00e4gen Moment habe. Selbstpflege mit Kosmetika, eine Massage, Rotlichttherapie auf meinem Sofa, ein Tanz-Workout (100%-Erfolgsgarantie), Essensvorbereitung mit sch\u00f6ner Musik, ein Spaziergang in der Natur, sobald die Sonne scheint, und Tagebuchschreiben vor dem Schlafengehen.
