Und h\u00e4ufig ist es das Ergebnis von zu h\u00e4ufigem und intensivem Training mit unzureichender Erholung.<br\/>\n<br\/>Bei einer wachsenden Zahl von Fitnessbegeisterten fehlt es den Fitnessstudiobesuchern oft an einem grundlegenden Verst\u00e4ndnis der Trainingsprinzipien und sie verfallen in schlechte Trainingsroutinen. Immer wiederkehrende Trainingseinheiten, schlechte Ern\u00e4hrung und unzureichender Schlaf f\u00fchren dazu, dass sie sich ersch\u00f6pft f\u00fchlen und kaum Ergebnisse erzielen.<br\/>\n<br\/>Das kann sehr frustrierend sein, weil Sie sich abrackern, ohne auch nur einen Bruchteil des verdienten Lohns zu erhalten. Wenn Ihnen das nur allzu bekannt vorkommt, dann ist die gute Nachricht, dass Sie nur ein paar kleine Ver\u00e4nderungen davon entfernt sind, Ihr Ziel zu erreichen. Sobald Sie diese \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen haben, wird Ihnen alles viel leichter fallen - Sie haben vielleicht sogar das Gef\u00fchl, nicht genug zu tun. Doch in der Welt der Fitness <strong>mehr ist nicht immer besser.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Sind Sie ausgebrannt?<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Die ersten Anzeichen von Burnout sind in der Regel eine deutliche <strong>Energiemangel<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich <strong>kein Post-Workout-Buzz.<\/strong> <em>(Was ist schon ein Training ohne den wohlverdienten Endorphinrausch?)<\/em> Auch wenn Sie sich ersch\u00f6pft f\u00fchlen, finden Sie es vielleicht <strong>schwer zu schlafen<\/strong>. Dies kann auf den hohen Adrenalinspiegel zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sein, der bei starkem Stress in den Blutkreislauf gelangt. Dadurch wird eine \u2018Kampf- oder Flucht\u2019-Reaktion ausgel\u00f6st, die Sie vor potenziellen Bedrohungen sch\u00fctzen soll, in diesem Fall jedoch bis sp\u00e4t in die Nacht wach h\u00e4lt. Die Kombination aus M\u00fcdigkeit und unzureichender Erholung bedeutet, dass \u00dcbertraining Sie nicht nur anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr Verletzungen macht, sondern Sie auch reizbar und launisch werden l\u00e4sst. Es \u00fcberrascht nicht, dass dieser depressions\u00e4hnliche Gem\u00fctszustand eng mit schlechter Leistung verbunden ist. Auch auf physiologischer Ebene wird die Leistung durch eingeschr\u00e4nkte Fortschritte beeintr\u00e4chtigt, da der K\u00f6rper bei einer derartigen Belastung eine l\u00e4ngere Erholungszeit ben\u00f6tigt.<br\/>\n<br\/>Das scheint eine Menge zu sein. Und das ist es auch. Niemand m\u00f6chte so hart arbeiten und nichts vorweisen k\u00f6nnen.<br\/>\n<br\/>Hier sind also <strong>5 kleine Verschiebungen<\/strong> Sie k\u00f6nnen die ganze Situation umkehren und wieder auf den richtigen Weg kommen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Ruhe.<\/strong>\nLegen Sie mindestens einen Ruhetag pro Woche ein. Streben Sie eine Schlafdauer von mindestens 7 Stunden pro Nacht an.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Erholung.<\/strong>\nEgal, ob es sich um hochintensives Intervalltraining (HIIT), Gewichte heben oder Laufen handelt - Sport sch\u00e4digt das Muskelgewebe. In den 48 Stunden nach dem Training baut sich der gesch\u00e4digte Muskel wieder auf und nimmt an Kraft und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu. Wenn Sie also an aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen trainieren, achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht zwei Tage hintereinander dieselben Muskelgruppen trainieren, damit das Gewebe gen\u00fcgend Zeit hat, sich zu reparieren und wieder aufzubauen. Eine einfache M\u00f6glichkeit, Ihre Woche zu planen, ist zum Beispiel Krafttraining am Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag, hochintensives Intervalltraining (HIIT) am Dienstag und Samstag und Ruhetage am Donnerstag und Sonntag.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Mischen Sie es auf. <\/strong>\nAbwechslung h\u00e4lt die Dinge interessant. Wechseln Sie Ihre Routine ab und zu ab, um die Kraft und Kondition des gesamten K\u00f6rpers zu steigern und Ihren K\u00f6rper herauszufordern, andere Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe zu entwickeln.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Zur\u00fcckschneiden.<\/strong>\nBetrachten Sie objektiv Ihre letzten zwei Monate und finden Sie heraus, warum Sie ausgebrannt sind. Egal, ob Sie auf einen Abgabetermin hinarbeiten oder f\u00fcr einen Wettbewerb trainieren, Sie werden bessere Leistungen erbringen, wenn Sie Stress abbauen k\u00f6nnen. Beherrschen Sie die Kunst, \u2018Nein\u2019 zu Projekten, gesellschaftlichen Ereignissen oder Gelegenheiten zu sagen, die nichts f\u00fcr Sie sind. Konzentrieren Sie Ihre Energie auf das, was f\u00fcr Sie wichtig ist. Und ja, dazu geh\u00f6rt auch der Schlaf.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Psychische Gesundheit.<\/strong>\nDenken Sie daran, dass Gesundheit und Fitness weit mehr als nur k\u00f6rperlich sind. Planen Sie in Ihrem Kalender Zeit ein, um sich durch Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Yoga, Meditation und einen Spaziergang im Freien auf die geistige Gesundheit zu konzentrieren. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit, um von der Technik abzuschalten. Genau wie bei den k\u00f6rperlichen Aspekten Ihrer Gesundheit sollten Sie auch hier einen messbaren Aspekt hinzuf\u00fcgen, z. Koordinations\u00fcbungen wie das Hin- und Herschwingen der Arme helfen, sich der K\u00f6rperbewegungen bewusst zu werden. \"Und dann gehen wir zu Lach\u00fcbungen \u00fcber, was zun\u00e4chst seltsam erscheinen kann\", f\u00fcgt Marion hinzu.\nEs wird viel geklatscht und gesungen, und es wird mit Ger\u00e4uschen gearbeitet. \"Ein 'eeh' hebt die Mundwinkel und hat eine erhebende Kraft, w\u00e4hrend ein 'oh' den gegenteiligen Effekt hat.
