Wir werden mit neuen Informationen \u00fcber Modedi\u00e4ten, schnelle L\u00f6sungen und widerspr\u00fcchliche Ern\u00e4hrungsbotschaften \u00fcberschwemmt, so dass es nicht verwunderlich ist, dass viele Menschen verwirrt sind, was sie in gesunde, ausgewogene Mahlzeiten einbauen sollen. Es ist also an der Zeit <strong>alles auf die Grundlagen zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren<\/strong> und machen saubere Ern\u00e4hrung <strong>einfach und nachhaltig<\/strong>.<br\/>\n<br\/>Das ist keine Raketenwissenschaft, sondern einfaches Ern\u00e4hrungswissen, das Ihnen hilft, ein tolles Leben zu f\u00fchren. Befolgen Sie die folgenden drei einfachen Richtlinien f\u00fcr eine gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung, um Stimmungsschwankungen, Hei\u00dfhungerattacken und Schlafmangel ein Ende zu setzen und neue Energie zu tanken, die Ihnen hilft, wie ein Champion zu trainieren und sich in Ihrem K\u00f6rper wohlzuf\u00fchlen.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Der erste Schritt<\/strong>, und das ist nicht wenig, ist es, Vollwertkost zu essen, keine Produkte. Was meine ich mit Vollwertkost? Ich meine damit unverarbeitete, nicht verpackte Lebensmittel wie Gem\u00fcse, Obst, Fleisch, Gefl\u00fcgel, Fisch, N\u00fcsse und H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte, die frei von Zusatzstoffen sind. Der Verzehr von Vollwertkost ist durch nichts zu ersetzen, denn diese Lebensmittel enthalten neben Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen auch Ballaststoffe, Proteine und gesunde Fette, die f\u00fcr Energie, Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und Gesundheit so wichtig sind.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>Wenn Sie abgepackte Lebensmittel kaufen, w\u00e4hlen Sie solche mit weniger als 4 Zutaten und vermeiden Sie Produkte mit Zutaten, die wie aus einem wissenschaftlichen Projekt klingen.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/><strong>N\u00e4chster Punkt<\/strong>, Streichen wir alle \u00fcberholten \u00dcberzeugungen und setzen auf Vollfett. In den 1970er Jahren wurden fettreiche Di\u00e4ten f\u00e4lschlicherweise f\u00fcr die Zunahme von Herzkrankheiten verantwortlich gemacht. Diese unbewiesene Theorie setzte sich durch, und die \u2019fettarme\u2018 Bewegung war geboren. Fettfreie und Di\u00e4tprodukte sind seit Jahren in den Supermarktregalen zu finden. Vielen Verbrauchern ist jedoch nicht bewusst, dass ihnen h\u00e4ufig Zusatzstoffe, Chemikalien und Zucker zugesetzt werden, um ein \u00e4hnliches Mundgef\u00fchl und einen \u00e4hnlichen Geschmack wie bei der urspr\u00fcnglichen Vollfettvariante zu erreichen. Inzwischen ist klar, dass nicht Fett, sondern Zucker die Hauptursache f\u00fcr diese ern\u00e4hrungsbedingten Probleme ist. Nahrungsfett ist eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr Energie, fettl\u00f6sliche Vitamine (E, K) und Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass es die K\u00f6rperzusammensetzung verbessert, wenn der Kohlenhydratkonsum weniger als 50% der t\u00e4glichen Kalorien betr\u00e4gt. Entgegen der landl\u00e4ufigen Meinung macht der Verzehr von Fett nicht dick - Fett spielt eine wesentliche Rolle in einer ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>W\u00e4hlen Sie unraffinierte tierische Fette, fetten Fisch oder pflanzliche Fette wie Avocados, Oliven\u00f6l, N\u00fcsse und Kokosnuss\u00f6l. Diese enthalten in der Regel einen h\u00f6heren Anteil an Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren und tragen zu einer guten Herzgesundheit bei.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Jetzt, wo Fett wieder auf dem Speiseplan steht, <strong>ist es an der Zeit, den Zuckerzusatz zu reduzieren.<\/strong> Hier sind also die Grundlagen: Zucker ist von Natur aus in Fr\u00fcchten enthalten, aber auch in einer Reihe anderer Produkte, darunter Brot, Nudeln, So\u00dfen, Getr\u00e4nke und Snacks. Tats\u00e4chlich ist Zucker heute in etwa 80% aller Supermarktprodukte enthalten. Der Verzehr von zuckerhaltigen Lebensmitteln kann zu Insulinresistenz, erh\u00f6htem K\u00f6rperfett, Herzerkrankungen und der Entwicklung von Diabetes f\u00fchren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Sind Sie s\u00fcchtig nach dem zuckerhaltigen Rausch? Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie wissen, worauf Sie sich einlassen. Der dopaminbedingte Rausch wird durch das in den Blutkreislauf str\u00f6mende Insulin ausgeglichen. Insulin ist ein Hormon, das uns hilft, den Blutzuckerspiegel zu senken, indem es den Zucker zur Energiegewinnung in unsere Zellen transportiert. Allerdings schaltet es auch die Fettoxidation ab, was bedeutet, dass es bei hohem Blutzuckerspiegel fast unm\u00f6glich ist, K\u00f6rperfett abzubauen. Nachdem der Zucker aus dem Blutkreislauf verschwunden ist, erleben wir einen Energieabsturz. Dieser Absturz l\u00f6st die Freisetzung von Adrenalin aus und erzeugt eine Stressreaktion, die zu Angstzust\u00e4nden, Stimmungsschwankungen und schlechter Schlafqualit\u00e4t f\u00fchren kann.\nKein Spa\u00df. Verzichten Sie auf zugesetzten Zucker, um Ihr K\u00f6rperfett zu reduzieren und Ihre Energie zu verbessern.<br\/>\n<br\/><strong>4 Gramm Zucker entsprechen einem Teel\u00f6ffel. Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation empfiehlt, nicht mehr als 6 Teel\u00f6ffel Zucker pro Tag zu sich zu nehmen. Halten Sie sich an den nat\u00fcrlichen Zucker in Fr\u00fcchten und lesen Sie immer die N\u00e4hrwertkennzeichnung, bevor Sie Produkte kaufen, um die darin enthaltene Zuckermenge zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/strong><br\/>\n<br\/>Ihr Lebensstil kann durch die Ern\u00e4hrung unterst\u00fctzt werden, wenn Sie Lebensmittel zur F\u00f6rderung Ihrer Gesundheit einsetzen.
