Und f\u00fcr viele scheint die digitale Welt, in der wir heute leben, wie eine zweite Natur zu sein. Aber auch die potenziellen Risiken einer zunehmend digitalisierten Gesellschaft m\u00fcssen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<br\/>\n<br\/>Das Zentrum f\u00fcr Behinderung und Integration der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen hat 2016 eine Studie durchgef\u00fchrt, die die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Berufst\u00e4tige untersucht. Laut der Studie ist die fortschreitende Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt <strong>begleitet von einer Reihe von Herausforderungen<\/strong>, Dazu geh\u00f6ren Einschlafprobleme, Kopfschmerzen sowie emotionale Ersch\u00f6pfung. \u201cDie Studie zeigt auch, dass das Risiko eines m\u00f6glichen Burnouts mit der zunehmenden Nutzung von technischen Ger\u00e4ten - wie Smartphones oder Laptops - au\u00dferhalb der Arbeit steigt\u201d, erkl\u00e4rt Prof. Dr. Stephan Alexander B\u00f6hm, einer der Hauptautoren der Studie.<br\/>\n<br\/>Kein Wunder, dass immer mehr Menschen das Bed\u00fcrfnis, st\u00e4ndig verbunden zu sein, in Frage stellen. Diejenigen, die sich eine Pause von ihren technischen Ger\u00e4ten g\u00f6nnen <strong>\u201cDigitaler Entzug\u201c<\/strong>Ein Trend, bei dem man sich von der st\u00e4ndigen Kontrolle seines Telefons und Posteingangs zur\u00fcckzieht. In einer Gesellschaft, die sich scheinbar in rasantem Tempo bewegt, gewinnt der digitale Entzug immer mehr an Bedeutung. Die Philosophie des Digital Detox besteht nicht darin, g\u00e4nzlich ohne digitale Ger\u00e4te zu leben, es geht vielmehr darum <strong>Bewusstes Reflektieren Ihres \u201cdigitalen Verhaltens\u201d<\/strong> und lernen Sie, auf Ihren K\u00f6rper und Ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu h\u00f6ren.<br\/>\n<br\/>Ironischerweise bietet ausgerechnet eine App Hilfe an: \u201cWhite Spots\u201d verspricht eine <strong>\u201cReise an den Rand des Internets\u201d<\/strong>. Sie k\u00f6nnen die \u201cWhite Spots\u201d-Weltkarte in einer 360-Grad-Umgebung durchsuchen, um Orte abseits des Netzes zu erkunden oder \u201cin der virtuellen Realit\u00e4t von der Online- in die Offline-Welt zu reisen\u201d. Das gemeinsame Multimedia-Projekt des Informationsdesigners Richard Vijgen, der Dokumentarfilmerin Bregtje van der Haak und der bildenden K\u00fcnstlerin Jacqueline Hassink zeigt die Grenzen der vernetzten Welt auf. <strong>Von Berlin\/Deutschland bis zum n\u00e4chsten wei\u00dfen Fleck sind es zum Beispiel 168 Kilometer.<\/strong>\u201cWhite Spots\u201d bietet auch faszinierende Geschichten \u00fcber Menschen aus aller Welt, die ohne Internetanschluss leben. Those looking to catch a break from their technical devices enter \\u0026lt;strong\\u0026gt;\u201cdigital detox\u201c\\u0026lt;\/strong\\u0026gt;: a trend where you take a step back from constantly checking your phone and inbox. In a society that seems to move at such a rapid pace, digital detox is gaining more and more momentum.
