Vorsichtig die gekochte Quinoa unterheben.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas mehr Kokos\u00f6l in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen, dann einen L\u00f6ffel Teig in die Pfanne geben und etwa ein bis zwei Minuten auf jeder Seite garen lassen. Wenden, sobald sich Blasen bilden. Die Pfannkuchen sollten von beiden Seiten leicht gebr\u00e4unt sein.
